1. How is the signal capturing strength ? Is the voice / video calls are good with out voice break ??
2.How is the music system Is it good

wave is a best multimedia machine but it lacks some smartphone functionality like push emails and yet no IM client out there for bada.. there is only java based apps. and most of all app store is full of themes and no usefull application i myself really regret buying myself bada instead of android.

i just dont understand isnt the samsung wave is super amoled just like wave i why is it its only a super lcd display??? any onee??? help me clarify this!

Samsung Wave 2 -Is it best for video calls? Many people saying Bada os is bad.. I'm so confused.. can any one explain in detail?

i am not able to play you tube videos.
mobile says connectivity problem. while with same connection on other mobile of Noika i am able to view videos.

Hey, planning to buy it today.. Having doubt only about bada os. Does samsung support it for a long time? I don't change my mobile often..plz help. should i wait for any andoid phone to come in this range or should go for wave II....my budget is 20,000/-

2. Are you able to access other internet stuff like, internt browsing etc with GPRS. If yes, then check the internet profile you are using there and add the same settings for VOD. If you can't user internet as well, then check with idea, about the gprs settings.
3. You can use the video converter in Kies or you can use pazera video converter. Its really good.

Anonymous, 06 Feb 2011i'm now using jet for more than 1 year and i'm now consider... moreWave II and HTC desire are actually from two different segements in terms of price. Both are good phone in their own right and its personal choice depeding on budget and requirements. But her eis my take on both the phones:
If you want to play around with the OS, want loads of applications, have the budget then go for Android i.e. HTC desire but again here big limitation is only 512 MB space which will not allow you to download many application especially 3d and HD games. So, despite being many apss in android store, you wont be bale to install many of them. One thing it has better then Wave is text reflow in web browser.
Now, if you want superb camera, superb music quality, excellent screen, superb video playback then go for wave. Yes, at the moment, bada sont have as many apps as android store but most of the required apps in day to day life are all these and free. Infact games like asphalt, NFS, Kroll, Bruce lee, snapdragon etc are just brilliant on Wave so what else you need from apps? Only major thing missing are skype and nimbuzz.
So, my reccomendation will be Wave. It will save you abt 5000 Rs and give you more for your money. Camera is superb!!!

use the THEME 'Graffiti'.....its the best external theme I found in app....its cool...morover its having slight transparent menu effect :)

atul, 05 Feb 2011i got it 2 day before and it is f***ing awesome ....... ... moreAm watching movie in wave 2... even after watching for around 2 hours i dont see a major drain in the battery.. jus one bullet of charge down.. awesome :D

1. are u able to access other internet websites etc using gprs? if yes then check what internet settings are there for the same. then select the same for ur vod settings. if internet is also not working then check with idea for the gprs settings.
2. you can use video converter in samsung kies. or use pazera video converter.

Anonymous, 06 Feb 2011I'm choosing between Wave 1 and Wave 2 atm, anyone have any... moreif you update the wave1 to bada 1.2 then in my opinion i believe it will be better than the wave2.i have the wave1 and have had a play with the wave2 and apart from the screen and web browser they are basically the same.wave1 has a better screen and 0.4 of difference in the screen size isnt that much to kill yourself over.not being one-sided or anything,its just the way i see it.
