I like the phone, it's not perfect but nice and useful!
Is it possible to view the caller number (id)during the incoming call, as actualy I can see only the name of the caller (from the phonebook)!? The case is if there is a phonebook entry with more ph.numbers (mob, office etc), is there a way to know/identify the number as well!?

active diverts just means that voicemail is active as you are on the phone!!!!!!!!!!

the phone is okay but having to press unlock everytime u wanna hang up is abit frustrating.. especially when u accidentally touch the call button. my friends are annoyed at me for 'prank' calling them. =(
i hate the sensor/touch screens.

Hi there, does anyone know how to download free java games onto this phone? I have found sites where you can download free games to this phone but dont actually know how to get the game onto my mobile. Any help with be appreciated. Thanks

Hey I have tried different firmware versions (so far there is only 7 different ones availible), and unless u use any other language than english (well i am russian, also know german, but still find english - is the language for ur phone) - U600DXGE1 (malaysian, vietnamese, still has english) is the best firmware. It is the latest one and has very stylish boot screen instead of the standard ones u can see on even e900. And unlike e900 (which best runs on the russian firmware), u600's russian firmware has couple inconvenient buttons in the menu hidden - Bluetooth is replaced with "Google search".

I'm due for an upgrade and am interested in the Samsung U600.
I've had a play around on the demo in the shop and was concerned that it seems (the shop assistant wasn't much help in answering my questions)like the alarm function doesn't have an option on recurring on specific days of the week like on Sony Ericsson & Nokia phones.
Another thing that I'm used to using is keeping my contacts postal address aswell as their phone numbers etc as often find I need to send something to friends and don't have a computer handy.
I've read through the user guide which was available online on this site but it doesn't give much detail.
Could somebody tell me whether these functions are available on the U600.

hi, does anyone know how to change the theme on this phone? e.g when i go to display settings to change the wallpaper it says theme or normal but there are no options anywhere on the phone to change the theme, any help would be great, thanks

Hope someone can help.. when i receive a call, a script apears saying i have active diverts on... then there is a period of approx 5 seconds before i am able to connect to the caller.... PLEASE, how do i turn off the active diverts... it was ok until i set up my voicemail... Chears

dont buy this fone ive only had it 2 month's and the screen is f****d and sometimes dont turn on, i know of 7 people other than me that have had the same problem

Hi guys! Just bought this phone for my wife to celebrate her 3 months pregnancy of our second child and she loves it. The only problem is I could not find where to attach the hand strap on this phone since she always carry it in her purse or her back pocket so it is hard to pull out. Do you guys know where can I find it or do I have to buy some kind of stick on to stick the hand strap on the back of the phone???
