I got my U600 today... I just have a few questions, if someone can please give me some answers.
I have tried changing the clock, but I cannot manage to do it... when You go into the menu, it will not let me choose another clock.
And then secondly... does it have slider tones and on/off tones?? (I know its not very important, but I liked it on my E900).

for those whose image is very grainy and very bleached, go to setting and OFF your sunlight mode.

I found that my tight fitting Samsung leather case was continually pressing on the OK button.
The screensaver option would not kick in and therefore drained the battery very quickly.
Take care if you buy a case!!

so, the TV-OUT... they really SHOULD ship the phone with tv-out cable STANDARD, cuz otherwise u wont be able to find that cable in no stores... i just ordered 2 (hey, u never know - i might sell one for 10X its original price of $2.5 us) of them from ebay.ca... apparently the cable fits E900 and some other models... the only one i found... and it ships from hong kong too.. gotta wait 8 days now...

jay! software of u600 vs e900 is like looking at windows xp home vs windows xp pro... not much difference, a few improvements, sunlight mode (real handy when you are on the beach), little things... it's improved, but don't expect 200% revolution:) lol

When I select to go to silent by pressing down the hash key its all good. When I decide to go back to normal mode, it will sometimes change my ring tone setting, i.e if i have vibration and tone it will set to just tone..anyone get the same..am i doing something wrong..?

I love the phone the only thing that is p***ing me off is I cant do buletooth as its asking for a pin and I cant find one how crap is that.....

Dear Users of U-600,
Could any of you kindly give me the directions to switching the ringing profile to silent mode? I have no issues setting the phone to either mute or vibration for silent mode, but i simply don't know how to switch it to the silent profile. Thanks in advance for the directions.

This phone looks pretty sleek, and its got reasonably good features. Battery life is an issue but aslong as you turn off frivolities like bluetooth you can get a good 3 days out of it. Having mp3s as ringtone/message tone is possible, and the touch sensitive keys are fine, you just need to have patience for the first few days.

hi all,
I am really on considering on purchase this phone,till I realise what does this phone has that d900 doesn't(except for its design)?
Has the flash been upgraded from d900 or does it still take pretty bad night shots and has the mp3 player got bass in the equalizer option?
Please can someone that owns the phone let us know .....thxx alot

When someone calls me and my phone rings. I cannot press the volume keys on the side of the phone to mute the ring tone. I have an mp3 set as the ring tone, does that matter? In settings > phone settings > volume key > it is set to "mute"
Does this happen to everyone or just me?

HI!!! i have had this phone 4 a while...its a SICK phone.. i like it....camera very GOOD quality plus it takes sounds when u r trying to recors something....
PS when u wanna hung up u dont have to slide it every time..u can unlock it by pressing ok and after thar END button!!! bye!!!
