The Nokia 6500 is one fat ugly looking phone, but hey if thats floats your boat then go for it.

I prefer some style and class.

    HELP!! How do I transfer artist, album, genre etc. details to my phone via the PC Studio? When I transfer music onto my U600 the artist and album says 'Unknown', whilst I entered all details on the PC. Thanks.

      I am also more interested in the Nokia 6500, but U600 is available now and the 6500 won't be here before many months (typical of Nokia to show phones 6 months before selling them)
      But I agree 6500 is the top one

            the bad things ive experienced about this phone within a few days were, when u pluged ur earphones the volume up and down sidekeys are v near that u'l have lil prob wif leveling down the volume

            files r all saved to phone 1st then to memory card. Memory card's files cant be setted as ringtone, msg tones etc. Any files like wallpaper etc that the phone gota use it has to be saved in phone 1st.

            short battery life, annoyed me the most >=(

            photo editing limited your options like 1 of the post described down there. which means u can only edit pics uve taken BY your phone, any outer resources r unable to be edited.

            unable 2go back to music player page, which is if ur playing a music n u wana play the nxt file, u gota play that file by searchin it through ur directories.

            hand comfort is VERY good when its slided down, bt when ur tryin to text ppl which is u mus slide it up, felt like u need more grab of it to not let it slip or fall down, which is nt a really big matter that every1 wil get used to it =)

            other than that, its as good as McDonalds LOL
            hope these helps who wana know more abt u600 out there, cheers mateys!

              @syl:..

              really i meant for backup, got a lot of x820 batteris now! :)

              but a while a go a guy posted a remark about a site where u could buy 1000Mah-batteries, dont remember.. but i think he said they were for the x820!?

              never bought.. cause the shipping expenses would be higher than batteries on ebay! :)

                @najks

                i stil dun get it..li-ion and li-pa doesnt matter at all? plus x820 has only 630mah and u600 gt a 690mah buying 630 isnt a downgrade?or did u mean buy more for backup?

                wat i wanted was replace a more powerful batt with tis batt tat came w U600.so i dun hata take care of two batteries, i wana charge one and use only one =/

                and i guess D900's 800mah is my only option if tats the way i wanted?

                  Ok I got mine today.
                  I read almost all of 50 pages here but I cannot find my answer :/
                  Does anyone knows how to arrange contacts by surname?

                  By default they are arranged by 1st name. I remember my old D820 was the same but it had an option for changing that. In u600 I can't find anything :/

                    Hi can someone recommend the best battery to get for this as the standard one isn't good enough for my typical daily usage of a phone.
                    Is it definitely the X820 battery which is the best?

                        This is a great phone apart from one thing, when u transfer all your pictures over to the memory card you cant go through the pictures fastly in full screen, you have to select it, then click back and select the other, is there any way to fix this, also yoou cant edit the pictures on the memory card, and when u send them back to phone memory it goes into downloaded images and u still cant edit them!!! Can any one help me or am i stuck with this?

                                    Got this phone two days ago and it has not yet left my hands. The sleek design and quality of finish is expected from a Samsung.

                                    The only "problem" with the phone is that since its so thin, I sometimes fail to notice it when in my pockets!!

                                    I recommend it to people who are fed up with Sony Ericsson, think Nokia have appalling software and have found Motorola phones to be utter rubbish!

                                        Hi...does anyone of you have any idea whether the Motorola RAZR V3i's battery lasts longer or the Samsung U600?It says here that both these Motorola and Samsung has the same talk time which is up to 3 hours and 30 minutes.On the other hand,the Samsung has 250 hours of standby time while the Motorola has only 200 hours.However,the battery type for the Motorola is a Standard battery,Li-Ion 710 mAh while the Samsung is a Standard battery, Li-Ion 690 mAh.So which one lasts longer?My previous phone before this samsung was the motorola so i thought i wanted to compare as I am getting the feeling this current Samsung of mine drains more battery power than my previous Motorola!!!
