@EMSTAR
Try setting to a lower resolution, maybe? also if its on "dark" settings, for photos outdoors at night and so on..
Yes most phones have a setting so you can choose to "always allow bluetooth connection" with the item you want..
Check manual, u have it on this site!

An amazing phone!!! If you liked the E900 you will love this!!! It looks great and the phone is much faster, when reading the memmory card. The E900 was really really really slow but this phone very fast. Also small little touches with menu options make this a great phone.

Does anyone have this phone on Orange, here in the UK, only i'm thinking of getting this phone and wondered how it was with this network?? It's only because networks have there own software inside a phone and this can sometimes cause issues & problems i.e bugs

@maria
i can understand the dislikes of haveing to get out of speakerphone before you will be able to end a call by sliding the phone shut!
but i cant understand the problem, you wrote, that you cant "end a call by sliding the phone when in connection with Bluetooth earpiece" ?
Isnt the thoght, by using BT hearpiece, that you wont have to have the phone slided open? In fact - most of the times youre using your hearpiece - you dont even have the phone nearby?
Isnt it much easier just to end the call by pressing the little button on hearpiece?

Dear All,
I use Samsung few years la, it's my opinion after use U600(compare I use D900 before)
Disadvantage:
A) Too sensitive at offline & mis-phone out;
B) Can't use mp4 format be incoming display;
C) Can't launch over 2MB jpg photo;
D) Can't play over 2MB mp4 movie;
E) Use 3gp for incoming display, too short;
F) Music player can't see song name;
G) Music player is not user friendly;
H) Battery life is too short
Advantage:
A) Thinner
B) Lighter weight
Ringo
(If U use D900, dont change)
(I use S100, D500, D600, D900 before)

I have the U600. Theres a couple of things that I want to ask if anyone else has noticed: (1) wobbly slide part - makes it too delicate to hold (2) when ending a call (by sliding down) & whilst in loud speaker mode, the call does not end even after pressing the end call button. I found that I have to get out of loud speaker mode to end the call. (3) this also happens when attached to Bluetooth earpiece, I can only end the call by pressing button on earpiece. The phone looks great, has great menu etc etc, but seriously thinking of sending back to O2 & getting the E900 instead. Your comments please!

hi everybody,
with regards to ALARM ISSUE, I believe that if you choose the WAKE UP CALL or the MORNING CALL ALARM, then the alarm will sound even if the phone is on silent mode. But if you choose ALARM 1 or ALARM 2, then the alarm sound will stay muted during silent mode.

I have been so disappointed with this phone. Firstly, the design is useless. The touch-sensitive buttons, despite not being overly sensitive, are so close to the navigating circle that you either find yourself in a random menu or at the start screen. Secondly, the number buttons feel like if you press too hard (which you need to!) the phone will snap. They are far too flat and only go in a tiny fraction. Also, there is a large wedge at the bottom of the keypad which means if you have big, or even normal, size fingers you'll struggle.
With regards to the software, it's OK. It's got a bizarre sub-menu system which is difficult to explain and even more difficult to get used to.
The WAP button is also in a really stupid place, I accessed WAP unintentionally countless times today, and may end up costing some people a fortune.
The advantages of this phone are the camera quality and the screen quality. For those looking for a built in MP3 player, it's also useful.
In response to an earlier review, you Can set this phone to "Melody and Vibrate" - one thing Samsung has actually solved.
I had this phone for 6 hours, and it's going straight back to O2 and I'm getting myself a Nokia with real buttons!
