yah.most of those colored(white n red) are on stock,coz black are most sold(but that was last january lol)
but i dont know if the dealers here are selling units to consumers to outside negros. but if you're interested, i'll try to contact them if they can cater your needs.

Another thing.. For those who have this phone for about 3 months or more.. Does the slider of the phone gets wobbly? Does the upper/ lcd part get loose so much when it is slided up?
I want to know all the details before I buy this phone. My old Samsung d820 (1 year old) never had problems. I will buy u600 for an upgrade and I want the touch sensitive keys of u600..

This is a good phone, good and clear talk, good camera... but I´m not happy about the batery, only 2 days...

Wow.. Really? Bacolod stores are selling red and white colors?? I want those colors! I live in manila and I'm planning to buy the white one. But I think that color is hard to find here. I will buy in Greenhills, San Juan. My classmate has the brown/gold color. I also like that.. Sigh..
I have been looking for other colors of this phone on www.ebay.ph but there's one color available - color blue.
I'll choose blue over black. But hope I can find the brown or white color..

m using this ph.frm last6 mnths..ph is wrking very gud...specially the camera features n quality r very gud..ph hav ol the required features...sum tyms feather touch bother's...bt its manageble...slim design...gud lukin n attractive ph...bt if u r music addicted than u can choose sum other option...howevr ph hav bluetooth speaker features....bluetooth printer...n document viewer as well...oltogther pretty gud ph to hav...!!

At first I thought the phone was amazing...
But Now I am not so convinced!
It is the slowest phone ever whether it's changing a song or taking a photo it takes forever!
The reason I looked it up was because All my keys have now stopped working and I can't enter my password to gain access to my stuff!!
Most un reliable phone ever!

hi, in Bacolod i seldom find black colored here (luckily i got 1) red and white colored are mostly sold here (that was last january) don't know as of this feb.

Where did you find the garnet red color of the phone? Here in our country (Philippines), the only available colors are black, blue and the white is hard to find..

My Nokia 5310 has an 8gig Micro SD card in it ... so this will only take 1, or 512?
Thats pretty poor for a music player phone ..
lthough I like the U600's design and camera features ...
Dont like the lock up texting posts ... puts me right off ..

I am on my third phone.First one started off ok, then I found I couldn't take photos. The second one was also fine to start, then I couldn't open texts, the battery wasn't holding charge and the signal kept failing. Size and shape excellent - hoping third one lucky,service provider has been excellent, and I have had replacements quickly.

The phone is just about average.
(+) points:

-- Steel keypad - solid in built without any key flex
-- In-built answering machine to record Voice Mails
-- Easy data synchronization with PC and other devices
(-) points:
-- It has a spring based sliding mechanism that is not that solid
-- The front display is vulnerable to get scratched easily
-- The software performance is not the best in terms of response-time
-- Below average sound quality during calls with a bit of noise
-- Battery life is just about average
-- Sometimes the touch screen does not respond just on a single tap
-- Overall feeling is not that of a solid built

i recently got this in garnet red. very pretty, very slim. good overall. but when i'm texting in predictive mode, i don't know where the delete button is. like say i want to delete a letter... does anyone know where the delete option is for texting in the predictive mode?! thanks.

Mine locks up in predictive text too, the only way around it seems to be to switch off predictive text & use manual texting. Also, its way too easy to call someome by accident because of the touch senitive call key. I loved my old D600, which was why I got a U600. I wouldn't recommend a Samsung to anyone after this, & I can't wait to get rid of it when I next upgrade in September. I'm going back to a Nokia then, sorry Samsung, you've blown it...

I have this phone for a while now and I really like it. The only problem I have is I cannot send multi-media message, meaning I tried sending picture thru text message and it's not going thru. Even taking it to my phone provide and they don't even now how to fix it.

Yeah what else u want with the battry. Iam continously using mp3 for 10 hrs. The battery still works for 12 hrs.
I think even nokia also can do the same
One suggestion

Use nokia charger with pin converter. I feel the battery last long atleast 8 hrs extra than u charge with the charger given with it.
I dont know exactly the technical reason y it last long. But its true i checked.

I have had this phone for awhile and do not recommend it. The top sliding part became loose feeling after only a couple of weeks. Then all the touch buttons quit working and I can only call my auto-dial numbers. I could be unlucky and have a lemon, but be forewarned!!

Great phone to begin with but after 6 months of use its constantly freezes when i'm trying to type a text message. Does anyone else have this problem? how can i fix it?

I kind of want to get this phone but i'm not sure if should. Its only €189 euro in Ireland which is really cheap for a 3.2 megapixel camera-phone, they're seeling 2mp phones for €189 too so its a great deal. But i'm wondering if the reason its so cheap is because the battery life is crap and the camera freezes. what do you guys think i should do? i've always wanted a 3.2 megapixel camera-phone. The battery life is not impressive. Would it last two days if i didn't play any music?
