i never heard java supports msword excels etc...

This creature is a mess i had it 4 abt 2 wks an the battery will not hold charge 4 thy kingdom come ,featurs no good i have the e730 abt a year an its the best it fall it was slept on an took rain an still the best don't waste ur money an buy no u 600 cause mine still by the technician

if your stupid enough to drop the phone and it brakes its your own fault, its not samsungs fault. this is a good phone, i had a few problems with it at first and i rang samsung and they repaired it for free within 24 hours.if you cant hold a phone without droppin it dont buy an expensive one!!!!!!

My touch buttons have suddenly stopped working aswel as the centre directions buttons. Ive had th fone for about 6 month, it has been ok until now. All i can do now is accept incoming calls, nothing else. Any 1 have a solution?

My phone is malfunctioning. It keeps on freezing to a blank screen and wont shut off, i have to remove the battery to get the phone to shut off. Also at times the picture because distorted and colours change automatically. I would welcome any assistance with this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

DO NOT DROP THIS PHONE!!!!!! I have dropped it three times and there is already a rattling sound. Can some one please tell me what it is? But beside how fragile it is, great, great great phone, because of call quality and the like. GO SAMSUNG!!!

i have this phone for about 3 months now and it malfunctioning...it keeps on freezing to a blank screen n the screen gives a distorted picture...CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

This is an amazing phone, despite wat many people say. Trust me I've had it for nearly four months now and wouldn't dream of taking it back

for all the people who are saying that the battery is HORRIBLE, it's because you guys don't know how to charge a battery. when your phone comes new, you're supposed to initially burn all the energy that comes with the battery first. for me, i kept trying to turn it on even when it says charge the battery to completely deplete it. then it for at least 6 hours the first time (longer if you can). i use my phone a lot and i don't see how everyone is saying the battery life is only a day, cuz it takes me usually 3 days before a charge, and probably a week standby time if I don't take as many calls.
had this phone for 2 weeks, but i find the camera quality to be good (after all it is a phone). i don't mind the 5 second wait for a picture because i'm not a camera whore who takes a photo of everything. if you want a good camera for its purpose, just carry a camera.

lookwise it is great but according to features it is really bad. costly, no additional feature is available. quite boring
