Samsung Lovers,
I bought this phone and was slightly disappointed in the upgraded futures from the D600 Samsung, for instance the ringtone volume is (BS) one can hardly hear the phone ringing at the loudest. Help please, I tryed every thing in the manual post your views up to say whether or not someone is having the same problem.

it's a good one for business perpose but for fun I don't think so because it dosn't support a plento of media fiels format like for example .wav file. what i hate about it that it dosn't have profiels option like all nokia phones and it slowely process phone.

@ soph
You have failed to take care of it. You cant use it as nokias brick phones. You should think before buying this phone that what type of phone you actually need. Its your mistake. SO dont blame your phone.

I have had this phone for about 7 months and it has broken twice! The first time, I dropped it onto carpetted floor and the LCD screen cracked from the inside, giving me half a blank screen and the rest grainy, unable to use. I got that fixed, after being told that my warrenty didn't cover the damage due to it being a 'very sensitive phone, that even a knock in a pocket or bag could damage.' How ridiculous is that!? Am I supposed to carry it round in bubble wrap? Anyway, recently, just from being in my purse, it has broken again. It's not a good phone - damages very easily, the camera is extremely slow, the video quality isn't that good and using the predictive text too fast can cause it to crash and freeze! It's very sexy, but if you want to actually use it as a phone and not just as an ornament to show off with, i would recommend you buy a more durable phone, as there are many out there!

There are currently much better choices than this phone, I would suggest the new LG Shine or the Shadow, they are superior phones in most respects, are faster easier to use and more capable of doing ordinary tasks well. I did not mention in my review of the U600 how horrible the reception is. It is bad. I compared the reception with a Motorola L6, V3i, Krzr K1, Nokia 8801 and an older clamshell Samsung phone. The u600 has the worst reception of the group with the Nokia 8801 not far behind. The Motorola phones had much better signal range throughout. Sad but true.

I think the samsung u600 is a great phone! i love it, but.. the time it takes to take a picture! When i ring people and others ring me i can not hear what is being said it is like my phone is permanatly on mute. Whether or not i am doing something wrong or not i do not know? any ideas on what could have happened because i'm pretty sure its nothing ive done. The phone overall though is very good, i just need to sort out that call problem.
