I think you dont know how to use a phone. Mine one is black. It has no scratches except a little one at the top. I must say
this phine has the best display quality i have ever seen. Go man go. You will regret if you dont buy it. And guys can any of you tell me how it works with moto s9 headset.

I like the phone very much but i noticed its panel gets scractches very esily. It makes my phone looks old.

i just got this phone today and the sound is really clear. you can download music from your pc to the phone...great!! it is a bit sensitive but you do need to apply a certain amount of pressure to it. all in all a brilliant phone

its good phone but its speakers is very low in outside and dont send files in memory while bluetothing can every one help me please but it has best camera

I've read on the online manual.."When the phone rings, press [answer] key".. so this means, that to answer an incoming call you just have to press the sensitive [answer] key, w/o pressing the [i] button first.. I'm afraid this could result to accidentally answering a call that you don't intend to.. specially when the phone is in your pocket.. Or you still have to press the [power] or [i] button first to unlock the sensitve keys, before you can answer the call.. I think that would be much better..

This phone is a nightmare!! Ive had it for 4 weeks and it looks like it is 10 years old!! I really look after it and the phone has no scratches but all the silver paint has started pealing off the sides! Its so cheap and flimsy, not a quality phone. My phone keeps hanging up when i have been on it for over 5 mins, goes on loudspeaker of its own accord and the talking clock plays when i try to make a call!!! I would stay clear from this phone if i was you. I took it back to the shop and the guy that sold it to me said it was the third he had in that day with the same problem. I dont care if i downgrade to the most low-tec phone out, i want rid of this awful thing. My sis threw hers away after a week and bought one for £30.00, its a million times better than this phone!!

The sound was not that loud, but clear enough.
Wearing headset will be better.
About sensitive, my personally feel is quite nice, not sensitive as E800.
But, it too slim, hard to resreach when u lost in room.

Its an excellent handset. I have loved using it and its Mp3 sound ROCKS :)

does this phone has a clear & loud enough speaker for music listening without the headset? one more thing how sensitive is the keypad? does it function by just accidentally touching it w/o applying any pressure.. I'm curious b'coz I'm interested in buying this phone..

stop saying this phone sucks. u know it has a sensitive keypad and if u happen to be one of those people who cant be gentle with your phone, then choose another phone. this phone is for OL, im very sure they will love it very much. if u havent taken into much consideration before buying the phone then please stop complaining

HEEEELP..., i'm havin problems with my contacts. each contact is saved with more than 1 number ( home, mobile ,etc...) but when they call the home or mobile sign doesnt display next to their name, by that i never know if they're callin from their cell or home or office etc....i know i can fix this problem by creating a contact for each number alone, but that really sucks and will take alotta time...i dunno why this phone doesnt have this feature, many old phones had it, so PLZ if any 1 has a solution tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys dont know anything about phones.
This is the best phone i have ever owned.
After using it about a month i think this is a good phone.
But i must say those who need beat in their music, they should buy walkman series , though u600 produces much clearer sound than walkman series phones.
Can anyone give me any ideas if i use the moto s9 headset , is there any chance of improving the quality of sound.
Have anyone tested it with s9 .

i like this phone, has a great camera which is built on the inside of the top so it doesnt get messed up and is very light and looks stylish id recomend it to anyone. has bits of flaws but overall its great

The Samsung U600 is the worst phone I have ever owned. The software is clunky, and the touch buttons are too sensitivem there are loads of other things wrong with it too. The main thing that has really upset me, is when the software crashed and deleted all my phtos and videos, I asssumed this was a really unlucky one off, however the same thing has just happened to my partner 2 months after it happpened to me! Do not buy this phone it is awful.
