sms that comes in are with "+65"..but those who calls in do not have "+65"..to solve this problem..simply save every contact 2 times..one with "+65" and one without..

Hi guys!
Im loving my u600 but the slow stuff is getting on my nervs.
Ok so i bought a 1g card but the music player doesnt reconize all the tracks that i aded. So can i fix it or i have 2 buy a smaller card like 512mb. What do u think will it bee faster?

this amazing nice design phone.. i wanted to buy it soon.. all i worry is.. the camera..its still same like D900 very slow..
like when i take a shot.. it will sound..
cliiiiiiiiiiiick.... that show.. if the person move abit it will blur..
its U600 also same?
have any extra setting to deal with it in u600?

Battery life normaly 2-4 days.

hey boyz! there iz no way that u can turn that slow then to full voice ringtone, cause this feature is inbuilt for ur safety only, in case u r heading the phone close to ur ears, the sound can damage ur hearing power, so thnx to samsung......

I've been using Samsung U600 for a month and i have to say im really impressed. Before, purchasing this product i was worried, because of some of the bad reviews it got for its touch sensitive buttons. I think this problem really depends on person as I have no hard time using this phone.
Positive - Sleek, very nice looking
- Big display
- Lots of features
Negative - if you use microSD card for
musics, videos, it will slow down the phone a bit and creates lag. But if u just use phones 60mb memory there's no slowdown.
- It's bit difficult to text message
- Camera's shutter is slow (2-3secs)
Also, i have questions for some readers, the ringtone rings low for 2 secs then goes to its full sound, how do u fix this?

SE w800, Nokia 6300 and NOKIA 6233, SAMSUNG U600 is a nice phone if i will compare to my other phones,even the battery it depends how you will use the phone, the camera is good, if you want to use a good quality of picture use a Professional Camera same like i am using the Canon EOS 350D,the video is good the quality of course if you want to use a nice video use the Camcorder same like i am using JVC Digital camcorder, you know mobile user whatever what kind of mobile brand you are using once you buy already and use there will be no satisfaction at all, again you will need or buy another mobile phone, as what i have experience, therefore if you a good camera use professional camera or the digital and if you want to use a good video buy a dig. camcorder after all you will see the difference. most of all you will save money. think the future..... thx

is it true? this phone doesn't have caller id, even those recieved messages, senders name are not recognized though their names are already saved in its phonebook? anyone?

Rafsan, I agree with you. I had other mobile phones, and so far none offered me great satisfactions as this does. Without using a pc, you can do a lot of great things on it. It has enough qualities to make it a great one. It may not be the best samsunbg mobile ever, but it sure is a good one. I love it, and I'm enjoying every litlle moment that I have with it...

Dude this is a very good phone. But you can not use it roughly like nokia. Why people are saying camera works slow. My 4.0 mp canon digital cam also takes that much time.
I think its good this little time reminds you that you are using a real digital camera.
You can not use it well with 2gb memory. 1 gb
is enough for any people according to me.. 1 thing i want to advice you guys do not put your every video in a folder because if you do it , it will take more time to open. Make a separate folder for each video. Then it will work faster. Samsung u 600 rocks

Very good cell. It has camera bussines card recognition. You can download word excel pdf ppt like smartphone, but in small and fancy case...that's important.
Camera is a little bit slow but taken pictures uploaded on PC are top quality!!!
I had also Nokias and SE and nowadays I buy only Samsung slide phones.
Volume is also good and loud enough.
It has a FM radio and good MP3 player.
All melodies you can have for messages, also songs.
It can vibrate and ringing tohether.
Messaging is easy and font are adjustable--small, medium and large, and you can use 2 font types.
Sensor keya are very good and not too sensitive.

To Ray: U600 has a very loud loudspeaker. General have Samsung phones enouht loud loudspeaker and it's not depend of size/thickness. No problems with melodies and hearing speaking partner.
Why somebody writes against Samsung phones on Samsung forum? Kid who want to have beautifull Samsung and couldn't have one
Go to nokia or Moto forum and there write your opinions and advices! Don't disturb smart people!

OK i Still cant find a fix to the problem of contacts names not appearing on received messages.
What can you do to fix it and show names instead of their phone numbers?
