This fone at first is good and stylish.. The camera is wonderful with 3.2MP, I have all my memorable pix with this fone. The only problem is the flex, it's really pissing me off due to ribbon problem. I have it fix 3x and the life span of the fix is just 6mos. Damn it!! Good at first but in the end the consumer suffers.. Not reccomended to addict texters, because you'll always have to use to flex the fone everytime you'll received a message.

i bought this phone last year august..the touch screen seem not that sensitive.. sometime it couldnt sense it.. >< the battery is not long lasting.. if u sms a lot.. it just can stand for ONE day max .. if you put on vibrate mode..half day.. lol.. i wont buy samsung phone in future...SE is the best

This phone started breaking down after 10 months for me... I had to get it repaired because the slide screen didnt response to anything... everytime i slid the phone open, I couldnt use the touch screen and it only works when it was closed.
After getting it repaired... 2-3months after, the phone had the same problem!! but now it's even worse! because I cant use the touch screen when its open OR closed... so basically it's useless now... all i can really do is answer calls! Plus when the phone is on standby... the backlight says on... so the battery is goin to die soon... OMG!! shut a stressful phone to have!

Horrible phone. Damn flex. Cost me more than 5,000 pesos. My mom really duped me by giving me her old U700 when I passed in UP.

this is a very good phone, been using it for a year now and i havent had a single problem with it. i do take good care of my phones but i have dropped it several times and it still works perfectly well... tha only problem that i have right now is that i cant get my GPRS activated with SUN cellular, i had no problems with GLOBE and SMART but i now use my new phones for these network so im using my SUN sim for my U700 now...

really bad phone, even the service in Robinson Pioneer_Memo Express, need to call a lot of times for follow up and nobody is answering the phone. They also gave me cell number but if you try to call, it's not, Samsung help on this.....very very bad service

this phone is an absolute piece of sh#%t. dont even need to say whats wrong wit it, its pretty much the most unreliable phone ever and im goin back to sony ericsson.

Oh lordy, this is the worst phone I've used in my life! I spent nearly 5,000 PHP in 5 months because of this phone's damn ribbon. Samsung makes pretty but useless phones.

my friend had this phone before! It's very sensitive since soft touch phone/ even if he is not dialing it diled it self automatically.. after 3weeks it was broken.. Not so good for me I think!

Anonymous, 21 Jun 2009its very goodNot good at all. Sent to the service centre at least 4 times within 1 1/2 years. Buy at your own inconvenience. Repairs took some time and the problem surfaced again.

dotcomgirl, 03 Jun 2009have had this phone for almost two years and it is definite... morei have the same problem.. my wallpaper was mirrored.. and the colour was all screwed up.. so i turned it off and when i switched it on... it now just appears all black, and i can't do anything.. quite disappointed.. i've had this fone just over a year.. dropped it a few times with some scratches but still worked perfectly fine.. now it is all screwed and i am not considering purchasing further samsung mobile phones because of one fault... what a shame.. nnnice looking phone though

the phone is very beautiful but has poor ribbon pls do as u made z400 nothing any slide sumsung like z400,I like it much than any more slide samsung.

i hate this fone....i wasted my money to buy this phone.......its does'nt even cut the call.....the peels on the time .......i sent it for repairs 3 times already........i hate this phone with a passionate..everyone out there plz........dnt but this phone u wasting your time and money.........
