Yes indeed, but you can change it to post it-notes or colorful numbers, or the regular straight Arial/Verdana font or something. You can customize the coloring and everything.

Yes, this phone does have the pencil font when dialing...
I bought this phone last week and i am very disappointed. The little "touch screen" buttons are extremely unresponsive/irritating/sensative.
You CANT change themes, or change msg alerts to mp3 tones..
My D500 was sooo much better and faster..

Anyone confirm what toto is saying?
The phone will work in the US if you're on a 1900 bandwith. No 850 MHz support on this phone.
Yes, the phone can ring AND vibrate at the same time - as does all new Samsung mobiles (at least in the Ultra Edition Series.)

I am pretty sure they made a mistake in the review regarding the video resolution : to be able to get cif resolution you first have to change the message size limit, as the for U600

Haha all Samsung phones are better than Nokia, Where are you from dude? Mars, Pluto perhaps? I've been in the media business since you were a baby.
Samsungs phones are only good above 400 dollar, the rest is cheap, crappy and boring. They have nice specs, but the value of their phones is two times less than Nokia.
It's quite logic, their profits are never stabile like Nokia's. Most phones that I see getting broken are Samsung phones.
Nokia has always been the best, and it'll stay that way for ever.
