purdy, 06 Nov 2008bluetooth??yup. its bluetooth works perfectly with nokia, i dont know, their interface looks very much the same. its a bit slow with sony, i havent tried in other phones yet though. the bluetooth stereo sounds awesome as compared to nokia. you just have to buy a wireless headset or a cooler look

kekoreko, 06 Nov 2008wow, i see alot of people are having similar problems. so h... moreyour flex is broken. i think you brutally slides up and down your phone. you can change the flex and try to be more careful the next time. this phone has good potentials, just take extra care ok? good day

this phone is ok, you just have to be gentle when sliding it up. that's the prob with slider the frequently you use it the lesser the life span of the phone. i suggest that if your a text freak like me, just turn your slider up and don't slide down even if it turns stand by. its easier to charge rather than change the flex. the touch buttons are ok. as i said you just need to be careful. as i see u700, its not a good phone for guys. if you want phones that are really sturdy, try nokia or sony e, for girls who want style, functionality and glam, use samsung. this phone really needs some caring and gentleness.

wow, i see alot of people are having similar problems. so here's my problem with my u700. i got it last year around this time. so just recently i started getting blank black screen, but i found a way around it (press any button while the the phone isn't slided up) that seemed to work for me for awhile, but after few days, my speakers went out. only recipients could hear my voice. okay, so from time to time my screen came back (either perfectly fine or inverted with messed up colors) but okay, i had my vibration feedback on, so i knew my phone was working even through the black screen. but today, my vibrations stopped working too. GREAT! totally garbage now, i can't even get it fixed because i bought this unlocked and it's unavailable where i live.

Maggie, 03 Nov 2008I'v had this phone for a period of 7 months and only to rea... moreomg so did i i have that now the phone does weird things like picture moves, back to front writng etc. now this phone is sitting in my draws and now im using my sony ericsson j200.

I think this phone is garbage everything about it is garbage, reception, programs, everything, is bad. this phone was not properly produced. if they were able to have beta, this would be beta,

This phone is a piece of rubbish!!!!! All the crom peels off, the touch buttons do not work well, it freezes, the screen goes black,i can phone somebody but there is no dialing tone and you cannot hear if the person is speaking. The speaker doesnt work on my phone now i have had it for 6months and i have to use the headset to phone and listen to music. I have always had problems with it! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT IT!!!! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY!!

I'v had this phone for a period of 7 months and only to realise that even if it was still in the cover, the paint peeled off. now not only am i having that problem , but also the screen appears with the writings from left to right. the touch screen buttons don't even respond and the screen is purple. i regret buying it.

well i had this phone and it got stolen but watm i would really like to know is is it possible to disable the tracker if it even has because when mine got stolen we never found it even till now i still dont have it

i have the sgh-u700 and when i try to make a phone call... it dials, but there's no ringing noise or anything.. sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn't. people cant call me either, i dono what to do.

I cant use transferred music from pc as ringtones its on my music files but when i go into profiles it says files are blank!!How do i do it?

Tank, 28 Oct 2008I have had this phone for less than a year - all the paint ... moreapparently if you tell your contractor they will repair the peeling sides as it is a common fault with a certain batch of these phones my mate had this problem and their phone is fine now

i had this phone for a year now but within the i have to change the front screen aside from the peeling of the chrome,my screen went half black,it was a good thing that i was within the warranty period,but in all fairness this is a good phone. now i worry the next year will the same bugs come out,hoping samsung will be kind enough to extend the warranty.

I've had this phone for little over a year now.
I strongly recommend that you buy yourself a better phone. Sides peel off, and the sscrolling button becomes slower after a while. If you can get past that and the occasionally unresponsive touch keys... Hey! Go for it. I'm upgrading to the N81 in one week. GO NOKIA!!

I have had this phone for less than a year - all the paint has peeled off, even with a cover on it. Phone freezes at least once every 2 weeks. Had it in for repairs twice already. Some buttons really sensitive others seem to not respond as well. GRR worst ever purchase
