Vanilla Latte, 26 Jul 2008I'm a dealer and I agree, i've seen too many of these phone... morehey vanilla I was wondering where you sent it to get it serviced? I'm actually in the states and it doesn't seem like there are places here. I'm going to be heading overseas, first to Japan then to Korea. I figure they can fix it in Korea it being a Korean product and all but do you think they'll be able to fix it in Japan?

the best fone eva!! everyone says that the screen peels the battery runs out easily none of that happens plus i have had mine fone for about 5 months the battery only runs out if you leave your fone on all night its really neat and a good mirror the best thing about it is that the round bit in the middle of the fone swivels round.iam on vodafone pay as you go cos thats the only network that does pay as you go. u700 rules woo!

samsung u700, first time using samsung, am disappointed, battery could not last 24 hours at stanby! come up with slim edition, but could not compete with motorola and nokia.

I'm a dealer and I agree, i've seen too many of these phones in. For a company that sells mainly nokia its so worrying that we send so many more samsungs away for servicing. im truly dissappointed in samsung, they usually produce better phones. the design of this phone was amazing, it looks great its easy to hold and use, but it just doesn't work! such a shame. i hope they do better with the u900 because it is a hot phone too.

this phone is rubbish, ive had it for 4 months and the touch screen buttons dont work, the neither does the button in the middle of the wheel, o and the wheel doesnt work either :) the screen has peeled badly, the worst phone ive ever had...

Sent 3mnth old U700 for repairs, overheating, peeling , etc. Fone came back with no hsdpa.They replaced it. After 6 weeks, speaker failure.Now they wanna replace it again.I refused as this is obviously a problematic model. The best(?) they can replace it with is a D900!!! Sitting with a 2 year contract & a dud handset.They couldn't even offer a better phone though I offered to pay for an upgrade.
U700/D900 or nothing. Pity after the great E900. SAMSUNG SUCKS...

It's a triband phone, so can it work with 3G sim card of AT&T? I've tried it already, but the signal is bad !

I am planning to buy this phone coz i really love the style but was wondering if i can use yahoo messenger and browse the internet into this phone? do i have to purchase software for the messenger? looking forward for any response.. thanks

got this phone.. im loving it so far!!!
but i just went this morning to a samsung service center to ask re: software to adjust the sensitivity level of the touch keys bec i got mine without it. but sad they refered me to the main office... hope ill get what i came for next week.

Anonymous, 22 Jun 2008has anyone found out how to fix the problem with not being ... morei just got this phone couple days ago and realized that this phone doesn't work here in the US. ive tried to make calls and send text messages, but it wont go through. the signal bar always go's up and down all the time. every once in awhile, it will say i have limited service or it will saying searching. is there any way of solving this problem?

anyone on planning to buy this phone stopp!!! i have this phone and the ok button is starting to be very faulty please dont buy this phone its a useless junk dont buy you will regret it by 99.9% so dont even think of buying this phone
