This is an unbelivable piece of junk. Sooo disgusted, especially for the price. Impossible to use; every button overlaps my finger tips and switches to some other function or screen. Extremely poor design.

I love the phone very much and dont wait to be diapponted by it pls help. i need something to buy my self for especialy a phone.if not U700 then which one.

i bought my phoneon the 10/11/07 and so far it is great i love every thing about it and my problem with it is that when i asked for a cover they said that they dont have one is there a shop where i can get the cover i dont want it to peal off or have mark,and another thing when i came back i charged it and it was working fine it did not refer me to vocemail u700 it is the best so far

i called samsung philippines and asked if they also change the plastic if it fades, they said that it depends on the examination of the technician. if its caused by some form of liquids, its NOT COVERED. i said i have an acidic sweat like bezel metal of my watch gets some pores after some time. and they said its NOT COVERED. lucky are those who had their plastics changed for free.
there's no news yet about the black edition boohoo :(

I think samsung must really take sometime and check if their reall of the hook or brilliant coz really if i had known that this phone is this troublesome i wudnt hv bought coz i am paying so much and this phone always gives me hassles and i cant really take it now sometimes when i try to dial out it does not want to and i really dont understand coz the design its so beatiful and magnificence but the phone is really stupid and troublesome.

if i put it in my pocket, does the touch keys diall number on its own? and if someone called , does it answer if i hit it by mistake in my pocket ????and the scratch problem. plz answer

When I first got my phone i thout it was the only nice phone on earth which still is but then i only have had it for 2months and it is giving me so much hassles well besides the peeling of the phone the battery is dead.for the first 3weeks i had it the screen died in three weeks.i took my fone to vodacare and they hv nt brought my fone back and its been a week just change the face of the fone.dont think of buying that phone it is very trouble some.

Does this phone have a leather case to prevent the scratching corner problem? At least can you buy as an accessory?

oh god suck! i jus buy this phone for less than 2 hours .. when i went home trying out my new samsung u700.. i found out that i cant sms out or call out .. it jus direct me to the voicemail.. i m totally piss off wit it.. it is not a good recommendation for everybody... my s.e use for 2 years already, and it is still doing good..i didnt even send my s.e phone for maintenance ... u700 really disappointed me totally .. suck to the core ..

dis fone looks real good but y doesn't it av an fm radio & y is d on board memory so less? i'm confused i lyk d looks of d u700 but d features of d D900i. wel i gues u cant av ur bread butered on both sides!

I have this phone and have to say I'm not best pleased with it, although it looks very sexy it's so not user friendly. Its very slow searching for numbers I scroll a lot quicker,touch sensitive when you don't want it to be takes forever when you want it to be. I've lost count on how many times I've tried to video called someone when just looking for the menu and ending up on the on line for back option no games :o( Sorry Samsung as I am normally one of your biggest fans.
Good points Wicked camera and is a very sexy looking phone always gets comments.

I bought this Phone because it is very pretty. Only i can not get games on my phone does any one know how to put games on the phone? I tried a manual of the U600 but it does not work.

how do you guys like the U700? better than the 600?? hows the color? have you seen the black one?
