Very disapointed with the Soul and the ringtone is extremely quite. Also when on a phone call the screen goes blank after I hang up and I have to switch it off and on again to sort it out.
If you want a phone with good quality sound then don't get this one. You can hardly hear it when it rings and it cuts into voicemail after a couple of rings and I have no idea how to sort it out.
Again very diappointed and I am stuck with it now.

The material of this phone is crap, only had the phone 1 week n the back cover was already scratched & i always carry in my pocket with nothing else near it!!

Returning this phone, 10 Jun 2008Nice UI but overall very disappointing.
Camera quality is ... morecam quality is actually the best on the market as far as slider/fashion phones go..
mehh i can put up with some minor surface scratches because the phones look with metal casings in my opinion looks better than the secret..
aslo touch responsiveness on the LG secret is terrible.
soul is a fair bit cheaper too

guys help me pls....i cant change the shortcut buttons...i mean not the touch keypad but left right menu....mine left is menu n right is googles!!! i wanna change that...pls tell me ..

Nice UI but overall very disappointing.
Camera quality is very poor and most importantly this phone has a huge issue with call volume.
Also unlike LG Secret, which has tampered proof glass and carbon fiber, Soul does scratch easily. This means, I would have a buy a new phone in a year time. Considering most contracts are now 18 months, I took the advice of sales person and returned it for LG secret. I am lovin it so far.

for me.. i rate this phone 10/10 for design, 9/10 for the features.. this phone is very stylish.. samsung is great!

amethyst, 09 Jun 2008is the mp3 quality as good as they say? if you listen to mu... morepersonally I think the audio quality is awesome (bang & olufsen- enough said!)..battery lasts me about 3 days with average usage.. about the same as most other mobiles ive owned

^_^, 09 Jun 2008i have this soul for a week now. yeah it really looks nice ... morebattery should last 3 days with average use.. no there is no way to lock the ph while slider is up (i dont understand why u would want this? as that is when u r using the ph). yes there is speaker ph,go to options while in-call. and muting key tones, use the volume control on the side of the ph, click it down a couple times until muted..hope that helps

i have this soul for a week now. yeah it really looks nice
my battery drains easily even if not in use and last only for 23 hrs. i have to charge it everyday. may i know if its the normal battery standby time or my battery is defective?
is there any setting for key lock? slide up is key lock but when you unlock it on that style theres no way to re lock it unless you slide it down and slide it up.
is there a loudspeaker mode when talking to someone?
is there a way to remove the keypad tone unless silent mode?
