guys i hv some good news for u all. I again mailed to Samsung for a list of Samsung distributors within Mumbai. They hv mailed me a list of distributors (not many though). They r genuine dealers and the Samsung people said that they hv d data cable and even if they dont hv they can order it for us.

need help pls... I can upload ponebook,sms,pictures,mms but I can't upload java games in my X100... I got the serial data cable (PCB133LBE) and the Samsung XXXX Java Uploader v1.1 by Jabberwock. i followed the instruction for uploading java games:
1. press #*536963# and then exit by pressing once the power ON/OFF or menu exit key
2. press #*5737425# and press once from the menu PPP UP and a short fast blick will happened
3. open the Samsung XXXX Java Uploader v1.1 by Jabberwock and add the desired java games to be uploaded. (.jad file)
4. press from the menu SERIAL DOWNLOAD
after it, it displayed the downloading but after 2 seconds it hung-up and restart it by itself.
what should I do?my OS is Win2000 pro.

when is the data cable for samsung x100 going to be officially available in india.
i went thro the samsung site for india. the data cable is not a part of the accessory.

Oh, btw mine is X100A. But the software for X100A on samsung official site doesn't work for tone and pic (but it does load all the name with contact in my fone book with the sms also). Have no idea.... ne one can help?

Hi, i got the PCB133LBE data link cable with me now. Have tested with the software on samsung site. Only work for fonebook and sms stuff. Can't send melody or pic. Anyone have any idea? Which software should i use, great if anyone can give me the link so i can download the proper software, Thanks.

hi guys i also mailed 2 samsung and d guy said that d samsung x100 data cables will b available by d 2nd week of June. The duplicate USB cables which actually work with X100 r available around Rs.900. ne questions feel free 2 contact me.

THis is the REPLY that i got a minute back from the SAMSUNG ASIA Co. My constant request to the COMPANY has got us FRUIT atlast.
Dear Sir,
We really apologize for the same. Your constant request has been accepted.Actually the data cable consignment has arrived in India. But its need to be cleared from the customs and then billed to all the distributers. All these are under process.
I would request you to wait for another one week or so. You are really concerned about the availability of data cables in market. We are trying our best to make this available in the market.

This is a confirmation not only from me but also SAMSUNG India that the DATA CABLES for neither SAMSUNG E700 nor SAMSUNG X100 is or WILL be available in the near FUTURE.I am declaring this statement with full information from SAMSUNG INDIA HEAD-OFFICE.So guys,if u have any one in DUBAI ask them to get it. ATLEAST in BOMBAY it is not available.
