hey guys i hve used this cell its an ok phone it has gud style and its ok for a normal phone user.the only prob with samsung phone is they do not add good features to their phones.they shud think abt it.thanx.

If u wanna transfer any melodies or images from PC to the fone, you have to buy a cable or IrDA. Then download the software EasyGPRS 2.1.8 from www.samsungmobile.com

the phone is all well-looking, but the included melodies are horrible. i've been attempting to transfer my own into the phone following some "common samsung" guides but none worked; all suggested to supply .mmf files smaller than 40kb, but still the phone would say "Not acceptable". what's bothering me is that i have to pay for each try, because its impossible to transfer the melodies to the phone any other way than by using gprs. would the usb data cable solve this or not? (sharing my cable internet to the phone?)
and, if anybody knows, what exactly has to be done to get a ringtome melody in there? used 10seconds long wav's put down to 8khz/16bit/mono and encoded with that yamaha mmf, but like i said: phone wont take them.

Hi All,
I have purchased this phone three months back and from the day one i am facing N lot of issues like....freequently switching off, Battary not charging fully etc.. Once after i repaired it... i am not getting proper singnal (Range). So I don't suggest this phone.

I have this phone for a week now and I'm very happy with it. I really love the bright screen and it's light weight. I love the fact that you can call someone without displaying your phone number too for times when I want to keep my number private.

Hi,
M inspired by its shape but there are a few problems in it 1. Bettery 2. if you down load any Massage from MMS you can not forward it 3. If once you save a wallpaper you can not forward it nor you can delete it.

the only thing bad bout it is it dosent have a bloody camera and it should also be able to take tru tones if any 1 noes how to get any good polys please email me on laser_light65@msn.com

i got samsung X-200 as a gift...expect for the battery pick up,im happy with all other features

hai!
The phone is truly gratifying in appearance .But the biggest drawback is that the battery is in contact with the back cover and hence, the phone warms up quickly after five minutes of converstaion.I am not very comfortable with the sms system in this phone. I want some one to help with the downloads esp ringtones.

Its been a month now and i am very satisfied with X200. its a very good basic phone except for downloading ringtones and wallpapers u need to connect through GPRS , thats ok . as they say all good things come at some price.
But overall I M HAPPY with it
