I faced the same problem with the Quran 352KB and the sun mobile Dictionary in my X700. I anticipated it is a jad file problem, so I downloaded the quran again from getjar site and created new jar file. I deleted the jar file of the sun mobile dictionery and created new one. Then I was able to install both of them successfully.

Samsung X700 is the best choice among all other phones that you have mentioned.... Only SE S700i has some competition but it is quite large (137g) in weight/size.... Also X700 MP camera takes better pics than that of S700i since both have 1.3MP camera....I am not sure about the availability of S700i in the market... Since it is more than 2 years old... SE K750i is better than SE S700i.... Read my previous comparison about K750i/L7/6600 .... Sorry about this very short reply but it is not possible for me to compare details due to very busy schedule!

There is NO need to go for any other site for java installation on X700.... This is the site where you read my message right now!.... And the complete procedure is present on previous pages by “Azeem” dated 8 November,2006.... Also read my last post (TO Atif) today.... I have successfully installed java softwares on my X700 by following this procedure.... There is no other way to install java through USB cable except this procedure....

Please check your mails.... I sent 3 softwares that i have installed on my X700 through usb cable....All of these are more than 300KB sized....Quran 1.0 (353KB), Quran reader basic (836KB), Sun Mobile Dictionary( 423KB).... If your mobile restarts / hangs , then try this:
1. Disconnect usb cable from mobile and restart it....
2. Right click on Softick PPP icon on system tray and shut down it ....
3. Exit the Java Uploader software.... Again open it and select jad file....
4. Connect X700 to pc through usb cable
5. Right click on Softick PPP software icon and Activate it.... you can see " 1 device connected message"....
6. Enter #*5737425# and select "ppp up" then "usb" then "serial download"....
7. Java download will start immediately....
If my mobile does not start downloading for any reason.... then i uses the above process.... and i gets success every time.... make sure that you have entered (APN : internet) in java world settings.... There is no need to re-enter java enables code(#*536963#) every time.... For incompatible softwares, java installation does not start and just java world opens....
X700 has NO jar file size limit when installing through usb cable.... these 3 files are 100% compatible with X700.... Keep both jar/jad files in same folder.... Also check the available free memory of java world.... If you have deleted any java software from java world BEFORE installation , then RESTART every thing.... then proceed above process!... Please reply if you still have any problem.... Thanks!

Thnaks s .This is not my solution.I brought new one 1 gb memory card.only ones time it can be detected,then after it not.so what its main problem..or it not supported 1gm memory card.i am using kingston memory card.this is new one card.
what is the problem.

If the screen go back to the installed applications, this means the file is not compatible with X700 or damaged. some files rejected by the X700 but accepted by the D820. The D820 gives message about the status of files. I was able to install a file of 1341KB on my D820, but not able to install 828KB on the same phones. I failed to install the full Quraan both versions( file size 312KB and the other one 352KB) on the X700 but succeeded to install pocket quraan 320KB. Some files are not competable because of screen resolution, and others are damaged.

I think your memory card has been damaged since formatting the memory card through X700 is not a great idea.u should have done it with pc.anyway happened is happened.if there is warranty available for the card then avail it.thanks.

apart from what usman said.clean the camera lens with a soft cloth and also check the light conditions where u r taking the pics.
