this may be thinnest phone around, but it's also longer and wider than most "candybar" shaped phones. they should have kept it at 100mm long, like the Sony W810 and other similar phones otherwise there's not much advantage if you compare sizes by measuring the volume instead of just thickness.

First month of using the device is perfect,next the device will start showing problems like other Korean brand names adding to that poor technical support by the local agent

They need to learn to use new techs.
Not having infrared is not a big deal,when other options are there.
The main thing missing here is a memory card. and the US T-mobile version will have it...but they might take out some other features.
Lets see.

have this phone
battery life from first charge was about 2 1/2 days
cameras fine not that i use it, memory is not an issue as all my mp3 ringers are compressed sensibly
doesnt feel like its going to break and the screen isnt too small.
bluetooth 2.0 is quick enough however would have liked a data cable in the box like my LG KG800 has.
cant understand why it doesnt have vibe & ring though, quite annoying.
good phone though 8/10

No Card Slot,No ringing Alerts, No Infrared
Totally Useless.
Makers shold be innovative enough to design a phone............
Fantastic mobile handset but there is no card slot and its is very similar like a woman without uterus...............

Hi Guys, I have this phone for 2 days now - absolutely love it - HOWEVER (Yes there is a Fancy BUT) there is a small buzzing sound that the other person can hear when I am taking... this is very irritating - don't know if I got a lemon or its an issue with the entire series... Will let you know what is the outcome of this... Testing calling in a silent environment & ask the other person to check for buzzing sound (very irritating).

I am using this phone for a couple of days, screen resolution is superb, mp3 sound is perfect, very good phone , but i have a problem when i activate bluetooth it just accepts all incoming mp3 pics vids without authorisation and saves in memory without asking, this is bad!! does anyone here could help me .

BTW here in Singapore X820 is currently selling @ S$268 with 2-year cell line contract, unbranded & unlocked too.
