I got a problem with this phone...i made that reset thing with the code: *2767*3855#..
and 2 folders that weren't there appeared in my files, it appeared "games" and "applications"..i don't want that there but i can't delete it...=( now i can't put games frome the pc to the cell...help me..

i have so much problems with my mms settings and gprs on this phone. otherwise it is a very good phone.

Hi, got zv10 from my brother cos he got new phone. It won't allow me to send texts, "network settings unavailable" comes up. Does anybody know how to solve this, probably doing something silly but it's really starting to bug me. Plz help.

i have encountered similar problems like those restarting when using vodafone live... now it's fixed. i just reset my phone to its factory settings by pressing *2767*3855# but users beware that before using this you should back-up contents of your phone as this procedure will erase all pictures, sounds and it will restore your phone to factory settings...
i can't guarantee this to others but i've tried it to my SGH-ZV10 and it works...
i hope this can be a big help to others...

The gprs settings you get from vadacom also has the pin : 1234 try this if the 0000 one does not work

I have big problem with my contacts list.When I try to find some number witj quick search and press a letter it doesn't show me number I was looking for, but when I go through my contacts from A to Z I see it. I don't understand that. I already copied my all numbers to one place:to SIM card but I still have problems.What should I do?

You should always read you manual.
I have read all of the above and I have no problem doing what you people say you can't.
for help contact via mail. Yes its got low mem. ,but that your own fault for not asking before you buy it. Its a great phone.

I am interested in getting this phone, but have also seen the SGH ZV10 on internet auctions, but it dosent seem to be on this site. Can anyone tell me the difference between the models, cause they look very simliar.

I have the same problem as another. My Vodafone Live menu restarts my mobile, and I'cant manage contacts, messages and compose MMS fom my computer by Samsung Pc Studio 3.
I will be pleasured to somebody helps me and send me some page at English with updated firmware, original should be best.

I have this phone since march, Since last week I cannot access the Live menu, when I press the live button the phone re-starts, is this a software problem, and how can it be fixed. I really like this phone.
