Samsung's Galaxy AI features will be available on 200 million devices this year
At the company's grand Unpacked event in Paris earlier today, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy Watch7, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Buds3, Galaxy Buds3 Pro, and finally released pricing details for the Galaxy Ring.
Samsung's President of the Mobile Division TM Roh also announced on stage that the company's Galaxy AI set of features is on track to be available on 200 million devices by the end of this year.
That insane number will be reached with the Galaxy S24 family of course, which debuted the Galaxy AI suite, the Fold6 and Flip6 launched today, but also through updates for Samsung's older devices, which will get Galaxy AI too.
Samsung has already started rolling out Galaxy AI to its older high-end devices in the S series and foldables a few months ago, and while TM Roh hasn't revealed any specific details about more devices getting Galaxy AI, we assume that's implied in the statement.
So, if you still had any doubts - 2024 will definitely go down in the history books as the year of AI. Or at least, the year of Galaxy AI.
