Great mobile and i love the 3.2 mp camera and the twisting screen but it's a shame it doesnt have an external screen like the v3x.

As u know that Euro 903 will only accept mp3 file's bitrate up to 192kbps, but there is a program whick allows u to make the volume alot higher....

im pretty sure that on99 smartone's 833 dun have the mp3 ringtone version, i presume it uses the AAC media files. Try using AAC.

Hi All, Yes, Flashing WILL fix your problem,
I am very sorry fellow LOYAL Sharp 903 users but i have sold my beloverd 903.I am kinda stuck on what phone to get next, Either * Nokia N90 or Nokia N70 or * Sony Ericsson W900i or * Motorola V3x or another Sharp 903 Black with the euro software, Please can i have some help... Thanks Tim

Please someone show me how to play the game with *.jad extention on my 903SH.
I dl bunch off *.Jad file hahha and donot know how to play those files :)
by the way, the file is like 1k ... hmmm is there anything wrong with it!

hi wini. i think we just have the same problem. i tried consulting some technician and they say that it can be fixed by flashing it. i haven't tried flashing it yet but i would later this month. i hope they can still do something with it. i really love this phone!!!!!!!

The dreaded thing just happened!!! After reading all your comments, i just did a MASTER RESET and tried to RESET ALL. however it seems i lost the internal memory and i cannot access the picture folder and the sounds&ringtones folders anymore. how can i fix this issue? would flashing my phone fix the problem? are there any risk in flashing it? Please help me guys.

this is for m4a files...
can be directly downloaded into your com and transfered to your phone handset memory...
just follow the same steps to create the file....

can only wap to phone...
download it in Phone memory.
goto Settings, Set it(the dm mp3) as Ringtone. (eg. TEST.mp3)
Now transfer any mp3 into phone memory (eg. KsHiN.mp3)
do ensure mp3 is cut not full song. waste space. and i havent tried full song. :P
goto DATA FOLDER/Ringtones
Rename the TEST.mp3 to something else. EG. TEST1.mp3
Rename KsHiN.mp3 to TEST.mp3 (you can also firstly change "test" to your desired name and do it...
TADA!! should work for 802.902 and 903(with mp3 enabled)
Does not work with Jap 903 for sure. need m4a! hk version can

Sorry Henry... I just read your question again, I am not sure what version of Software you have but on my Euro and i have a MP4 in the miniSD it wouldnt work either, They have to be MP3, and i had that Jap Testmode Software and i could ONLY have MP4, Hope this helps.

Hi Henry, for your phone to reconise a song for a ringtone you 1) have to have Euro firmware 2) either convert it to a SMAF ringtone or MP3, when i had Jap and SX833 S/W on my 903 i couldnt set a MP3 tone or AAC as a ringtone, Euro Firmware is by far the best, NOTHING is locked!! Happy New Year!!
