I would prefer if they would unlock it as you could switch any simcard of any network. In the UK we have to pay extra just to unlock its software from vodafone and for Sharp it is always costlier than others. It only becomes free after a year on vodafone network.

for me is when i receive incoming calls, my phone will soft-reset... some ppl will get softreset when they transfer using bt... some when they save files.... etc(some lucky onces dont encounter at all)... this are minor problems... so its better master reset once after getting your phone.... =)
other than tat... the rest are ok.... ** btw... the soft-reset things happen once in a while ... but is not noticable as it revert to normal in less than 15 seconds... cheers

Hi!
I'm from Hungary, and a local phone trader told me that they are selling the phone with the UK firmware. It sounds good, but they asked me whether I wanted it locked or unlocked. I remember that there might be some issues after unlocking! May you please tell me what they are, or are they existing anyway? Thanks in advance

If you have the UK version and you have the right stuffs and a little bit knowledge of computers and convertion programs, you would never want any other phone on the market today. People who moans about 903 are just basically ignorant of its real features. Those people are obviously from the Nokia community whose phones are made for "everybody". 903 is only for the "elite".

i bought my sharp from vodafone uk and im quite pleased with it. but when i saw a friends sony erricson w800 with all its games and applications i got frustrated by the fact that i cant get any games to my phone or any applications because vodafone locked it only to download from vodafone live. is there any way to change that. pls if anyone knows help me.
other than that sharp 903 is the best camera phone and the display like no other, bright, sharp and huge compared to other phones!!

Recently, I got a Sharp 903 with T-Mobile service, everything works good, however, I can't use T-Zones. Does anyone know how to setup the browser & MMS for T-Mobile USA T-tones? Thank you.

Hi Oshin.
Opera Mobile is a mobile web browser but unfortunately doesn't support 903 but you still can use the Opera Mini. It uses the phone's WAP much the same as the Voda live! feature of Vodafone which is the one I use. Opera is downloadable on the internet for money with 14-day free trial and I'm sorry if I can't give you websites as GSM Arena people would definitely blow this post away to Kingdom Come if I do. I have no idea about photo album software as yet. If at all you feel Opera browser is better, would you share your thoughts about it? Thanks.

Yesterday I printed 4x6 photos taken by 903 from the official Japanese link bellow.
4X6 photos came even more brillian than on that link!

So, my question is:
Why does GSM Arena never review neither Sharp 902, nore Sharp 903?
Can anyone sincerely answer my question?
