As an inexpensive, small, reasonably well-specified smartphone this is the best option.
In fact, this phone has sold well in Japan, completely displacing the Sony Xperia.

Sweet phone. If it came with the 7+ Gen 3 or maybe 8s Gen 3 It would be awesome. Everything a reasonable person could ask for. I don't even like tiny phones but this is great. Minus the doubt that some people claim that there's no 3.5mm jack in reality. I even like that they use thicker bezels to make it uniform all aroun instead of just rocking a chin for pointlessly higher screen to body ratio.

IGZO - Indium Galium Zinc Oxide is a dsplay backplane technology designed to improve power efficiency, sunlight readability by actually using the external/ambient light source to improve visibility (the backplane helps the display to properly reflect the light instead of internal reflection and refraction that affects percieved display visibility), it has much thinner grid of connections improving transparency of the display if manufacturer wants, it has better touch response and sensitivity can also boast higher refresh rates.
IGZO is NOT an alternative to OLED/LCD *DISPLAY* technology but it works WITH them to inprove display quality, you can fond both OLED and LCD variants of IGZO.
AMOLED - Active Matrix - Organic Light Emitting Diode, where the active matrix refers to the nature/ability of the display panel driver chip to shift even static images at the pixel level to REDUCE the risk of OLED burn-in/out.
There is no way to permanently get rid on burn in/out risk on an OLED, this is where Micro-LED comes in but since you didn't ask about it, we'll lett it be there.

7s Gen 2 is just basically the same chip as the 6 Gen 1, so you won't miss out much from the sense8.

They should have swapped out the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 for the 7 Gen 3. The 7s Gen 2 is getting a bit underpowered by now
