I still have this phone, but it is getting all funny thoug... I still can't use the infrared. And the USBcabel doesn't work as well.

i realli like this phone but it will not let me use infrared if any one knows how to do it could u please help me thanks xx

I Have a Sharp GX20 and I have to say that this is a very solid phone, i drop my from the 4th floor and when I picked from the road it was good as new. However is a shame that we can only use IRDA with the modem. is not easy to send our stuff to a computer.
Anyway is a beatifull phone that don't give us any problem at all

The longest I have ever had a phone - I'm replacing it now and will miss it.
I have lost count of the amount of times I have dropped the phone and it is a solid piece of kit
Changing ring tones is a pain though

hi i have this phone,
its very good, the only problem is changing the calling tune (so i have "last xmas" all year round!) anyway its a gr8 phone and has survived about 5 years! thx 4 reading :)

if you got you sharp gx20 unlocked to 02 you wont be able to send picture messages till you text o2...if you go to the o2 site on the net they will tell you how to do it.. it is simple and easy to do

Hey ummm to the post below... You say when you send a txt it says error sending message. Ummm that happened 2 me too. Umm sometimes it happens when you're trying to send a message and someone sends u a text at the same time. Or it also happens when you're in an area that has no service. Hope this helped. I've actually had this phone 4 a long long time nd I'm so sick of it. It's like so boring now. Ummm I'm thinking of getting one with an MP3 player and video recording. The phone only has a couple of seconds video recording. That sucks. And the voice recording is also only a couple of seconds. What is up wit dat? Oh nd yes when you download a ringtone frm vodafone live you cant send it 2 other people. Crappy. So I actually don't recommend people 2 buy this phone bcuz I think thae shuld get something that is bettter like wif MP3 nd stuff. Panasonic X800 is pretty good nd im looking at the SE s700i and SE v800.

when i go to send a text messege, it says error sending messege. how can i actually send the messege? it won't send. and i have over £5 credit!! :S

hi can someone tellme how to donwnload ringtone on the pc to my handset I have Sharp GX20 Mobile I getting infrared connection but when i send ringtone to my hendset it doesnt seem to work and i m getting error message is it possible via infrared or not ?

hi\can some one please help me i am trying to connect my phone to a diffrent wap network than the one it came with. But it will not let me use gpsm to do this. is there a reason why?

I have not had a hassle with this phone and it is suitable for my needs but where all the symbols are i have a picture of what looks like a world with an ! mark. i have no idea what it means but i think it has something to do with the internet. Can somebody please help
