That was one beast of the device. You could fit so many J2ME games on it after you gut out all of the pre-installed media garbage it came with. What people at the time and even now don't appreciate about the Siemens phones (before they became the BenQ-Siemens and became crap) - you had full access to the user partition of the file system from the stock Files manager, and could even install a Total Commander like app to have even better access. You could just go into the dir that contained the JARs of the games and apps you had and back them up to your PC, or send them to another person with a Siemens phone (or some other phones that didn't suck) over the IR... It was amazing how much freedom Siemens gave you compared to other manufacturers at the time and even for almost a decade since until the Android.

I still have the SIEMENS ME45 from 2001 with 2 covers and in 2005 I buy a SIEMENS M65 with 4 covers + 2 car kit + 4 earphones and still working until now, except the battery (bcs I can't find a new cell) I'm afraid one time to loose it and till now "NO competitor" it's really a LEGEND...

My 1st phone ever.............. It was a good and stylish cell before 5-6 years ago............but now its not the time of this phone.........This is not in the race guys..........it is just a Legend now.................
