da mc60 is a gs fone! Sure all dese peeps r takin da piss of its camera but it aint that bad the people they know must be ugly anyway. The screen is bright and colourfull. you get full features for a low price.It aint dat slow either.Da only prob i eva had was da case but i bought 1 of ebay for £2 so who gives a a sh*t. For its class and price its a good starta fone. If u can find a cheepa camera fone ill eat ma self. So dere da truth is out. Also if ya wanted all fancy cr@p y da hell didnt u buy a nokia 6230i ? or sumfink. total rating 8/10. laterz iain

The phone it's good.Only problem it's because de pictures have not a really quality on night and he need's a medium light to do a great picture.This it have a small price.I recomand this phone who want's a phone with not much qualities.

i could not wait to get another phone.infact,this phone is not good and the camera makes people ugly. At least,siemens should know how manufacture a good phone.

THis mobile SUCKS big time, yes it does! it gave me the troubles of my life, indeed I would just recommend it to my worst enemies...

Sorry to say this,but I find this phone awful.Picture pixels are only 4k,it's kinda blurred.My distant cousin owns one,but he hates it after a week of use.He'd rather buy a nokia7650 than this one.It's bulky and the games are boring.Too slow to send MMS pics from he's phone to mine.Aside from that,it can't store many names in the phonebook.He got pissed using this junky siemens mc60.After a month, he'd sold it for just P1,000.00 equivalent to $18.00.He regreted buying this phone without giving him the satisfaction of its features.He abhors now buying phones from siemens.Maybe I think,next time,Siemens company will produce state-of-the-art phones that would satisfy their buyers.

This phone is pretty poor in some important ways but good in others...
I've followed the instructions for setting up with O2 UK and it's not right
For a start Java applets will not download. Ever. You set off the download and it's like "Please wait" with a bargraph that never moves, you also conveniently get a 0 byte file with the name of what you were trying to download.
MMS doesn't work, despite my setting the options exactly, just get a network failure whenever I try, can't get dialup WAP via 91500 to work (it has GPRS which works but I get 300 minuts of dialup WAP and 1MB of GPRS WAP per month so I'd like to use the minutes for large downloads)
The camera is 352x288 but I don't see why people are complaining as an MMS is only 120x160 if I remember rightly so 352x288 is more than adequate, the battery has been fine too despite me doing things I shouldn't with it like leaving it on charge for weeks at a time, the display itself is nice enough, the resolution isn't huge but it's fine, colours are bright etc.
One really nice feature of this phone is that you can just draw your own logos, startup, shutdown etc. You can also make the SP logo a 1px by 1px transparent gif so it goes away. and it'll handle normal midi tones as ringtones so I was able to get a nice final fantasyish theme on this phoen by drawing four images (startup, shutdown, background, screensaver) and the 1 pixel sp one and uploading them to some webspace I have, go to it with gprs and it downloads them fine, a lot cheaper than paying for ringtones and I get the Final Fantasy 2 music (Check FF:DoS title music on GBA)
The phone itself was a good price, I got mine for around £35 (US$61.25) which isn't bad for all those features, no contract either, the case quality sucks but you can get replacements on ebay for something like 3 quid ($5ish) including postage so who cares
All in all if you dont' want to spend a fortune and the Java download/MMS issues can be sorted this would be a good phone for students/schoolkids etc. not too expensive to replace if it walks/gets broken and quite a bit of functionality.

Oh no....i realised i bought one of siemens useless products MC60.Nobody should even try buying this item.Its a piece of junk.Donteven accept it if its free..I tried to take a picture with the camera built in u wont believe it.Its was so ugly.Siemens should call off this phones from the market because it is disgrace to them.

Siemens should recall all units of this phone from the market! It reflects badly on Siemens and after being exposed to this piece of junk, I will never waste a single penny on Siemens products again. I never thought product quality from a supposedly good company could get this bad!

Siemens Mc60 is nothing but a PIECE OF F***EN S**T! I spent my whole birthday money on it and when i tried the stupid thing out , i cried. The phone itself is frightfully ugly & the quality of even the plastic covering is horrendous. The graphics are shotty , the game takes like forever to load , the camera is F***EN PATHETIC , the polophonic ringtones are lame-as , the reception is bad.....basically i'm saying DON'T BUY THIS PHONE. I like most Siemens phones but the creater of this phone must have been fully stoned when he invented this one. Can't wait to get a new phone!:D

I do not know just what do these people have to complain abuot. it is a slow phone, but given its price, you do not have any reason to be sorry. i had some problems with its speed, but i am satisfied per total. it's good looking, it has quite a good camera, though the screen has a little bit to few colours. it is a good phone, what do you, want for 50$, a space shuttle? come on

the siemens mc60 is a sorry excuse for earthly recources, i was tricked into wasting £50 on this feeble attempt of a phone.Don't get me wrong it looks quite nice but the screen resolution is just wrong,it should'nt even have a camera. I don't think ive seen a phone quite as bad as this 1.

this is a huge smelly pice of #2.if you by it you will sufer.it takes to long to load.the pics are crap and there is a self distruct feture.the best thing is some of the ring tones are good and the phone looks good THATS IT REALLY!!!!!!MC60 must mean Magor crap x 60 which = :{

I bought this phone when it first came out about 2 years ago and i have to agree it is crap!! It was the first photo phone I had and believe me enough to put you off for life, you suddenly start thinking are they all this bad, but of course they are not and I have 2 very good photo phones since!

Ive had this phone for a few days now and i can tell you that it isnt as bad as everyone is making it out to be. My old phone was a Motorola C650 with a 65K colour screen and a 120 X 120 screen resolution and the MC60 screen is only 101 X 80 with only 4096 colours and it is still brighter and more colourfull than th C650. Good ringtones. If you want a cheap phone go ahead and buy it. Ill like to see you find a cheaper camera phone!!!

I bought this phone in April 2004, the only credible thing about the phone is that I have dropped it a few times and to my surprise it still resembles a phone! "destroy the plans"
