let`s wish S75 had runned over the gap being until now with some models. I am impessed by stylish design,128 MB MMS and camera with flash. Organizer-this one had been perfectly structured ever, this reason I am a deep keener of SIEMENS!

In Jakarta, Indonesia, I think it will be available in the first week (or the second week) of February 2006.
I hope it's equipped with the latest firmware that's stable and has only one or two problems.

Now I still use S 65 and will buy S 75 as one of Siemens products. But, unfortunately, I still not meet the type in Jakarta, Indonesia yet. I hv already Jakarta Representatives Office but the officer told me that the said type will be launch at beginning of Feb 2006. And the information is the second one following to previously informed that the product would be launched on November 2005. Could Siemens Management reply my request? I Love Siemens Mobile Phone!!!

hallo everybody. I have siemens sxg75, it is a graet phone but i noticed that some things have been changed, it is not the same as other siemens phones. The menu you cannot change as on s65, they used to have collors change to write an sms, now its only white and blue. Not a lot poly.ringtones in the phone and when you lisen to the radio and somebody calls you the radio doesent turn on again after ending the conversation. Is S75 a better phone than SXG75???????? In mine option the best was SX1.

Hi Daniël ,
First of all congratulations.
About your problems ( phone switched off automatically ) I think it is a software problem, so why son't you try to update your software to the FW 13 and I hope your problem will be solved, you can check the latest software in the official website : http://www.benqmobile.com/cds/frontdoor/0,2241,hq_en_0_21219_rArNrNrNrN_prodId%3A109595,00.html#Firmware
Check the topic " Firmware "

Ok, i have it now :)
The phone looks and feels quite solid.
Buttons are imo a little too small. But the navigational key works fine.
Calling quality is excellent, Quality of playing MP3 is good too.
Sending MP3's to the phone via bluetooth works fine ( the phone converts them to .aac files ).
I only had 1 problem, while I was browsing through my MP3's, the phone suddenly sort of crashed. It made a beep and it switched kind of off, while you could still see weird stuff in the screen. I just switched it on again. The problem didnt occur again ( so far ). I hope it won't.... Furthermore: if the phone is just switched on and you're at the standby screen ( logged on the operator etc. ) it shows somekind of lag like the first 2 seconds: When you push a button nothing happens, and after 2 seconds it shows the key selected.
Camera isn't really up to date if you compare it to other phones in its class. You can't capture a moving object or something, i've tried to photograph a car that was passing by, doesn't work. Taking good pictures only works if you hold the phone firmly still. Also filming isn't really that good, video's are very vague. But video playback quality is very good, there is a videoclip of "9 million bycicles in beijing" on the phone. I didnt upload any video's from my PC yet.
I showed my phone to other people and they liked it, they liked it more then the Nokia 6230i, especially the display quality and the overall design of the phone ( I have the piano black version )
Furthermore I must say Siemens did a good job on improving the Menu and so on, it is more user friendly then other Siemens phones I owned. The media player function is really good, you can easily browse through the phone's internal memory and card seperately or all toghether, video audio and pictures are subdivided ,but you can also browse through them all together if you wish. Also the mediaplayer can be switched to the background. Thumbs up for this function!
Thats about all i have to say, I can recommend this phone :) I'm satisfied.
Daniël.

Always late in pakistan?
I live in the Netherlands ( wich is a neigbouring country with Germany ). And is is still not available. I've ordered it back in late October ( !! ). They said it would be available in November, then they said December, then January, now they've told me Februari. Well I surely lost my trust in Siemens' marketing. I'll wait untill the beginning of Februari, if then postponed, i'll order an other phone.
Best regards, Daniel.

I used to like all siemens produkts but now i started realizing the truth, this company has very bad marketing.they allays follow the fashion, and forget about the other funktions.this thing happened with s 65,then camera was fashionabele and nothing else was added in that phone, now in this produkt they care only about mp3,display???

I agree. I love Siemens products and always give priority to buy Siemsns product no matter its mobile phone, microwave or fridge.
Unfortunately, till this date, 13/01/2006, neither S75 or SXG75 are available here in Karachi, Pakistan. Currently, I am without mobile phone and waiting for these products to be available in the market. I am not sure how long I would have to wait but there should be a release date publicaly announced.
