Hi toshmon,

Benq S88 OS is not run by Siemens, but Benq OS itself

As for S75, it's using newer Siemens OS, which has 12 icons in the Main Menu

Since you're a Siemens user, i will recommend you to buy S75 instead of S88.

hi. sorry i just realised i didn't explain what i meant by "user interface". specifically, i meant when you're typing out an sms:

* in t9 predictive text
do you know how many word options you have? eg. when you want the word "tree", you have 3 options and the interface tells you which option you are currently at --> "tree" is the 2/3 (2nd out of 3) option, and you can actually see this at the bottom of your screen as you type.

* in regular abc-style typing
if you want to choose the letter "k", will the interface show you a row of letters when you press the number "5" button? ie. you will see J K L 5 and you immediately know you have to press the "5" button twice to get to the letter "k"

the S75 is here but i haven't decided if i should get it or wait for the S88 from benQ.siemens. do you know if the user interface for both models are still the same as the older siemens phones? eg. CX65? (i don't like nokia/samsung/motorola/sony ericsson interfaces).

i have been waiting for siemens to release their phones (siemens/benQ.siemens) in the SG market. it's been a LONG wait.

but if the user interface is no longer the one that i'm used to (i've had at least 5 other siemens phones starting from S25), then i'm not going to bother with the brand anymore.

i am a fan of siemens product....i am currently having siemens sk 65.the blutooth is very slow...anyone havig siemens s75 please inform about the blutooth speed of it.transfer a song of 4 mb size and determine the time needed.thanks..

Check your firmware version (by typing *#06# -> More -> SW-Version)
S75 has new firmware v20. Get it now in nearest Siemens Sales & Customer Care for free. Maybe it could eliminates any bugs in previous firmware v16 or v13.

I got mine at a Lucky Draw last week!

Of all the Siemens models I have ever used, this one produces the best Mp3 sound that would please even an audiophile! Too bad the Siemens brand is going off and this will most probably be the last "S" series produced under this well known Siemens brand!

S 75 is one of the best job of Siemens. Camera and Video resulting good pictures besides the nice sounds of mp3.
But till now message tone of mine still not works.

I just wanna know, how about camera & video quality??
How the quality if we compare by Samsung D500?
I canceled buy M75 because the video quality is poor... I guess...
I'm from Indonesia too, gimana hasil kamera & videonya yach??

Hey... wats up with this thing? i mean my sim allows to save 37 smss and phone set allows 100..so it means i can save 137 sms ..but my phone doesnt let me see direct from right - left quick button if i have more than 37 smss..how can i make it..like whenever a new sms comes it will come to phone set directly not in the sim..?can anyone help plz?

I've purchased the S 75 in Jakarta last week. I felt be satisfied enough with the product and I think the phone is smart and nice to use. But 2 days after in my hand, incoming message tone was no ring at all. I tried many times to re-set but still unable to apply it. Pls anyone help the problem. I love the phone indeed!
