Phone is comprised of faulty software. No question. Benq are incompetent, lazy money grabbers, taking full advantage of the fact that consumers replace their phones as regularly as they pass wind and therefore do not COMPLAIN enough about shoddy under-developed technology. I'm opting out of this porta phone 'revolution'.

If you can't get on the website i have written, it's because it has a full stop on the end of it. All yo have to do is copy the link and then delete the full stop. sorry about that.
PS: If anyone has any opinions about coldplay, just say what you think when posting you opinion. I'll be around to read and reply to them.

I ordered an SF65 the day before looking at these reviews and opinions. The only reason why i bought it was because my Siemens C65 kept crashing. Richard is right - the comments on this site put me off quite a lot and i nearly wished i hadn't bought it. but when it arrived, i was quite pleased with it. the camera quality could be better, but this can be solved by putting on night mode - it looks slightly better. It hasn't crashed spontaneously either.
I plugged my phone into the computer via USB to get some pictures off my phone. I'm not sure about other people but it took the pc about 2mins to recognise it. TIP: Do not plug the phone into the pc when the battery is low - if it happens to run out, the computer screen freezes, and the only way to turn your phone back on is to remove and replace the battery. This happened to me last night, so make sure your battery is full before doing this.
The ringtones on the phone are nothing special, so try the following website - they are in MIDI format, and free to download: http://www.miditext.ru/midi.
And by the way who ever said that the can't play games, go on the internet and can't play games on this phone is just trying to put people off - if you want a simple, stylish phone with a camera, i recommend this phone. TRUST ME, it's not as bad as everyone says it is.
Zemy.

I've just bought the SF65 phone from Virgin for £49.99 which included a usb cable.
So far I've had no trouble with it.
It was easy to connect to my PC and download the photos, just install the driver for the usb cable which can be found on the cd. I've also managed to recieve my emails using the phone.
I was nearly put off by comments on here but many of them seem to be user error.
The person who said there was no decimal point on the calculator is wrong, you just press and hold the 0 key.
The camera is dissapointing so far but apart from that I like the phone.

I have used a lot of Siemens phones and always was content. But with this phone Siemens changed a lot. Things which were first right in the menue now are left. To phone handsfree was always easy with Siemens, but on this phone almost impossible - to many things must be done to handle it. I would judge id as a cheap imitation of all its precessors! Buy an other one!

I have found the SF65 to be an ok phone. However I could not for the life of me get my pc to recognise the phone and hence download images. Like so many others!
I finally managed it by getting the pc to recognise the usb cable !
1 put in your software disc. (even though you have already donloaded it) attach phone and turn on cable
2 go into control panel and system (use the old settings)
3 click on hardware tab and device manager
4 you will then see the name of 'usb cable' with a question mark next to it.
5 right click on it and click properties
6 reinstall the driver with cable still connected
7 it should find the driver but may come up with a window looking for extra software
you will find it in the Siemens 'extras'folder open it and press OK
Good luck

Re:madbag and game issue..
I noticed that I was uable to load the games on my phone. whenever i went into the folder it would say not installed or something like that. however instead of following the prompts for the left and right soft keys as on the screen. press the centre navigation key and the games will load and behild i was playing the built in worms game. I am on virgin (UK) hope that helps.

I have had three sf65s all of them would and will not play games. I see others have posted on this but no-one has replied. Is there a firmware update that will fix this? Also does anyone know of a reset code as I can,t find any master or factory reset option.
