I think Siemens Sx1 is the best for Siemens and when i saw that for the first time, I was very excited to buy. But i don't know this phone will avaiable in Indonesia or not.

    weird looking phone, the 6600 looks a bit better. Anyways, good of Seimens to license Series 60. Very good idea. I wonder how they will implement it. Good phone UI/OSes are important to me. I will have to compare the finer differences between the SX1 and 6600 UI's when they are both available...

      i also love the sx1 and ill definitely buy dat fone! i love it, you love it, everyone loves it! no matter what kind of tone it will have! tone is not the only cool features of the sx1,honestly it has all cool features that a cellfone can ever get.much much more better than the nokia 6600!

        Polyphonic MIDIS are boring. WAVE sounds and also MP3s are natural sounds.
        For me it is important, that it can play wav and mp3 files as ringtones: Newest Hits, natural speech, e.g. greetings from my wife and all you can think of.

        What is midi ?? Boring, sometimes nice, sounds.

        So buy SX1 !

          TO TONE: u know theres always an individual differences. wat if other people like more a cel which have a polyphonice tones with 40 voices? u cant force me to like a cel which have only 16 voices because I AM NOT YOU!
          by the way lets close this topic, lets juz hope that this fone will be release soon! i cant wait any longer nymore!

            For all those who luv NOKIA. Tell 1 good feture nokia fones got? i have the 7250i and S55.NOKIA is the shitest fone i ever bought no bluetooth cannot transfer anything from the Ird Port other than business cards.My siemens S55 is really cool compared to the shit 7250i.SX1 is the best fone i'v seen.SIEMENS RUULLLZZ.

                it's good to know if siemens planing to enlarg the size of the MMC above 512MB... if anyone have any idea about the max size of MMC and its price ?

                      16 polyphonic voices is only for midis. Samsung and others have 40 voices. But you can use Wave or MP3 as ringtones on a SX1 ! So what ?? It is still the greatest phone !!

                        this cell is one of the best ive ever seen! but siemens will take more time to release this fone! what a shit! i cant wait ant longer! i want this fone now!!! i read on a site that this will be release maybe on september,,,and it has only 16 polyphonic voices instead of 40! damn!i juz hope dat i wont read any bad news bout the sx1 nymore... siemens dont disappoint meeeeeee!

                                    Not bad, hope it works better than the sl45, interesting to see that others have had problems with their sl45 (rico) Siemens take note (problems with sl45) stop denying it and do the right thing, replace them with the SX1. see it when it comes out before I make a choice.

                                      I had an sl45 which gave me some trouble so I changed it.Im afraid of their software,ie it might crash??? I will wait and see after it is out for a few months.

                                        Someone asked abouts its screen size. Its 176x220 (nokias are 176x208).

                                        They didn`t use v.7 `cause S60 is for v6.1.
