I see no sense in many of the comments by SE/Aino haters! It doesn't make sense that y'all are ignorantly talkin trash bout the brand/phone. If you're so right, how come many professional review sites give the phone an 'A'? If you don't like Sony Ericsson or the Aino, take your pain elsewhere and stop mis-influencin opinions!

So what if the touch screen is for media alone? It even helps your life and saves your phone some stress. I personally love that it allows for full keypad utility. It makes sense! And stop lyin.! The battery's good enough!
      'bX, over.

So maybe the touchscreen is only for media functions, and we need to open the slider to access other functions, so what??? It's not that we have to carry 3 tons of rocks or something! It's not that we have to do a marathon!
Don't be such lazy person, will ya!
Aino is so so so awesome that i will name one of my many kids "Aino"

                    AinoLover.
You have to select allow local connection in the opera mini settings for it to access the internet via WIFI.
Go to Menu, Organiser, applications (if this is where you have stored opera mini), Select opera mini and press options, go to internet settings and select custom, allow local internet connection - YES.
If you default internet settings allow local internet connection then you should not have to do this.
                    KIA:
Opera mini functions just fine with the keypad closed. However, if the screen goes into standby/turns off, you have to slide the phone open to bring opera mini back up. Pressing the unlock button at the top brings up the standby clock.
It's a bit of a pain in the arse but you don't have to slide the phone all the way open, just slide it less than a 1/4 of the way and you continue using opera mini/or any application that is active.

                                    This phone is bloody brilliant!!!
Opera mini5.2 works like a dream, best mobile browser ever and i've used them all.
The only thing that would make this phone perfect is if some clever person out there hacks it so that the whole phone is able to be used as a touch phone.
The bundled features are also pretty damn nice, a stand with charger, stereo bluetooth headset, in ear earphones and awesomeness.

Good job Sony Ericsson. Keep up the good work.

Lowrider, 21 Jan 2010Hie guys...I am here to answer those who have a problem cho... moreHow can you judge a phone by reading comments posted by people who don't own the aino?? It is plain ignorance on your behalf!!! If you take a good look at the comments, you will find that all aino owners love the phone..All negative comments are from people who probably haven't actually used the phone in person..I am an aino owner and I haven't encountered any bugs or errors with the phone>>it is simply brilliant(has a few disadavantages just like any other phone; the perfect phone does not exist!!). So an owner tells you it once froze while taking a picture during a call!! Is that even a reasonable thing to do??

If you simply don't want to try the aino, then dont attack it without previous knowledge. Once again, don't say it's bad just because it is not perfect..There is no and won't be a perfect phone!!!
