Mr. Smarty pant, 29 Nov 2009please help me...my friend wants to purchase a new phone an... morego for the satio or the X10........though u gotta wait a bit if u want the latter......but if you want pure fun and like GSMarena says "bang for your buck" go for the aino.....it comes with everything you will ever need....:)

wj, 30 Nov 2009May i know if the phone has a front camera that one can use... moreno buddy!! there is no front camera.. but let me tell u the picture and video quality by the main camera is just fantastic!!!! if u r looking 4 a best multimedia phone.. this is the best!!

hello all i contacted SE about walkmate application and if Aino by firmware update will it be able to access contacts and make calls by touch
and their answer unfortunately is as follows:
Sadly the Walkmate application is not available on the Sony Ericsson Aino and it is not possible to add this application to the handset.
In relation to your other query the touchscreen on the Sony Ericsson Aino is purely for media purposes such as viewing pictures/videos and such alike. It is not possible to access other menus via the touchscreen or call a contact. This will not be altered on the Sony Ericsson Aino.

According to my experiance, I would say it is the BEST offering from SonyEricsson.
Its Exterior has QualitY and believe me in new purchased models stickr does Not peel off. Its very Beautiful.
Its GPS and WiFi are Very Strong and work flawlessly.
All 3rd party applications including Google Maps can use WiFi.
It has decent 8.1 Mega pixel camera with Geo tagging, burst mode, Face detection, Smile Detection etc. Plus Strong LED which you can use as Torch and SOS Light. Video 30FPS and neat.
In case you do not want to use GPS but still Geotagging then it can Geotag your pics with cell id as well. You have an option to see your pics on in built Google Maps.
I would say that you can use most of the work without opening slider like calling ,3G video call etc.
In built User Guide is useful too.
Track ID is just a Magic. Try it.
Its BBC iPlayer compatible.
You can see full Song information on Main screen and its Divism theme changes when playing song.
As soon as you start the phone it catches the Network and battery life is good. Nice RDS Radio that can be handled with Walkman key.
Overall a Perfact Walkman Phone. Go and Buy it. This is my experiance.
