it is loaded with full fledged feautures,3 mp camerea,3g,excellent music output,flash with audio & video recording. Problem> Slow acessability with 4 or 8 gb card and video capture quality is not upto very good.

Lisa, 02 Apr 2010BTW Regarding the suggestion of SW update, that's software ... moreYou might "bricked" your phone when it turns off during the update. So it has to be fully charged just to be safe.
Don't worry about "bricking" your phone. It's not working anymore, right? So consider it already "bricked".
Here's what you have to do:
1. Install the PC suite (for the USB drivers).
2. Then plug your phone to the PC using the USB data cable. That way it will charge. Though you have no way of knowing if it's charging or not. Let's just assume that it is charging. Leave it for around 5 minutes.
3. During that period, run the SE Update Software. Follow all the prompts. Connect the phone if it asked you to.
4. If the updating fails, like the phone dies during the update process, retry step no. 1. and leave the phone connected for a longer time. Say 10 minutes.
You'll only need a battery enough to update the phone.
Just post here for further questions.
If you don't want to go through all these troubles, bring your phone to the nearest SE Service Center.

I read on the SE site that the phone needs to be fully charged in order for update to be undertaken, but my phone battery will not recharge so I'm confused as to how it can be updated now.

this phone sucks my phone just died it doesnt work anymore and i spent almost 200 dollars on it. if anybody knows what to do can yhou please email me thank you silkvia18@yahoo.com im so sad that it wont work otherwise i think it wouldve been a good phone but there are a lot of problems with it but i might use it

You need to update your software.. i had the same issue with my C510, the error was "video is interrupted, plesae restart" like that.. later i did update the software and its working fine now.

if u have better budget, get a better SE model. and not suitable for guys as the keys are small. i really love SE and i will continue to become a loyal SE user. but to be honest, this phone is a mess. the video and camera is absolutely unreliable at night. lagging frequently.

really it's a good mobile...it 'll rust easily.. and i can't able to view videos through you tube..(can't able to find media server)otherwise best mobile for ur money
