i've got the phone, 3 days ago, very happy with it, it's a little laggy on interface and when there's too much happening eg. if you're trying to listen to music on it and browse photos (it really does slow down noticeably). I don't know if it's because i filled the 1GB with photos i took from my 7.2MP sony digital camera.
In answer to the question, there is T9 predicitve text function
I don't use the camera much but the touchscreen novelty works
Keys can be a little small, my last phone was the k750i and i have a little trouble typing at lightning speed on the small keys of the c902
Other than that the only other major difference that i really appreciate is i can set 5 alarms, lol
I've only had the phone a few days so it's still a little early for any big judgements, but so far it's been pretty good. I only really use it for calls and text so i haven't gone into specifics with the camera or other functions

i have this phone, only had it for a week and love it!
the battery on my phone is amazing!
the last time i charged it was on tmonday night, only because i didnt charge it fully for the first use!
its now saturday, i have 25% left in the battery, and that's with listening to the mp3 player and taking over 100 photos, along with texting and talking on the phone too.
trust me, best phone and best battery life on a phone!

vladimir, 03 Jul 2008I am just not convinced that there is any diference between... morethe c902 is far more superior than the k850i, for a start it has image stabaliser so that it takes a perfect pic! it has touch keys at the side of the screen when in camera and video mode, i have the phone and it has google maps, which then turns into gps as well.
plus, its not as fat and ugly and heavy as the k850i!
so get your facts before you say its the same as the k850i!
by the way, ive only had it for a week and love it, had the k850, hated it!

after all these Procedures, i can assure you the Battery Life last Atleast 4-5 days

fatastic new phone, done sony proud... id adives every to buy it due to looks how it is and all that but there is 1 problem. The life spam of the battery only lasts an average of 3 days on standy when it should be 400 hours on standbyive changed it once before and same results keep on reccuring quite annoying lookina at your phone sayin 80 percent when u charged 3 hours ago ... is thisprob normal or is there a high percentage of C902 faulty???

it says on the spec that there is no T9 function, but on the official SE site, it says there is predictive text (T9). can some of those who actually have the phone, please confirm whehter predictive text exist or not.

this phone is sleak and awesum..
the alam is better than my prev phone..but i am havin problems with its camera in low/dim light..the camera does not live up to its 5 megapix..
i want to know is it a problem in the camera or in my settings??please suggest..

Nicole, 30 Jun 2008Hi, I have a few questions about this phone, I have had ... moreHad several people arose this problem, your not sleeping in and ont get worried, i would suggest u buy an alarm clock, or i use my partners phone then set his for him, its not very good at all. (try a music track as your alarm first if not allready)but i wud definatly not rely on ths handset, i work in a phone shop and a few people have said this.

Just obtained a 902 as an upgrade and first impresion is great. Just one problem, most Sony Ericsson Phones have a facility to add a moving expression to txt messages. Dosen't seem to be on the 902, or have I missed something? Comment would be apreciated.
