When it shows "Playback failed" when you try to play a video you've recorded, it's probably because your M2(Memory stick) has corrupted files in it. You'll have to reformat(delete all files)[on] your memory stick to make it work. Otherwise, maybe you'll have to change your memory card.

i bought the phone because they said the phone have james bod software like scaning, gps,etc. but i really did not find it.... please help me and correct me if im wrong, tq.

I just got the phone today, its sweet! it was already with the latest firmware and havent had any problems since! I'd reccomend this phone

guyz, im glad to say that this phone is one of the best phones ive ever used.
this ones a keeper, ive had it when it first came out and its been ages, and it works fine, mind u its been dropped a few time etc....

dont worry if you do not know how to update your C902 , just go to any Sony Ericsson Store and they will do the updating for you.

i bought this phone about 2 weeks ago and the man in the shop told me to update it but every time i try it says software up to date. Alot of the time my phone is really slow espically with the camera also sometimes the phone just turns of and turns itself back on i think this is becuase i need the update is there any other ways of downloading the update except using the phone or the program that came on the cd ??????// plz help!!

Not bad. Everything works fine. Just that it lags whenever my music player is on.

Mickey, 01 Feb 2009Iv had My C902 since May 2008. Every time I make a call my ... moreJust go into Settings, then Update Service, then let your C902 download the update. Mines been fine since (although it only locked up once before the update). I like my C902, its way more reliable then the piece of crap Samsung U600 I had before...now theres a very unreliable phone...

Iv had My C902 since May 2008. Every time I make a call my phone just freezes up. Iv read on here i need a software upgrade but how exactly to i get one??

dont worry with your C902, Have a Soft Ware Update and You'll see the Magic Specially the Battery.

Anonymous, 28 Jan 2009i myself work for o2 and i own the c902 its the best phone ... morewell i beg to differ with anyone who has this phone and says they like it!
i have had this phone since launch day, and im now on my second model of it, any one of them i get i always have problems with it!
i would not advise to anyone at all!!!
