I read a post in esato that explains editing the camera driver. In it they show how to edit the jpeg compression rate and so, besides the resolution and frame rate of the video recording is also shown. But they are not saying about how to view and edit the cam driver coding as they have posted. And I dont have an account to ask too.
Thats why I asked how to edit cam driver.
Yb, adad if things are shown as in that forum topic, it isnt that difficult I think.
So can you guys too attempt in enabling vga recording in cedar.
It will be amazing if in anycase happen.

for the drivers its different dude,like cam driver,acoustic driver,display driver,etc,only the player part of the acoustic its same and can be used for all and the others of that if u used it u will getting a problem dude,like in call part and etc,but cedar share same display driver with elm,and zylo with hazel does too dude,thats the freak point of db3350 from display driver dude

1.Feedback on internet : cedar has HSDPA 7.2MBps modem , its internet speed is more than enough..i had no issues with its font readability..We can infact use all the fonts that we use in computer.this is my download speed using AIRTEL 3G...

2.Multi tasking : I have used 2 java applications simultaneously by minimising each other and at the same time hearing songs and messaging..What else needed ?
3.Battery back up is great ! Thats why cedar is always a value for money mobile..we are not exaggerating..But its the fact :)

Edit the theme.xml of any cmptble theme and link the .swf with that theme dude.
I had done that only.
Linked the imposble dream flash menu with harp theme.

And yu can create the transparent images using photoshop and save it as .png.
Try it out.
And for editing the Cam drivers., we need some knowledge in machinary languages.
Dont know what lang is using for cam drivers.

Hi guys...
Sony Cedar is really superb & awesome in all of its functionality and build factor!!
Just wanted to know whether there is an option in cedar for securing "memory-card locking code" or a "standby key lock with code-unlocking" option ??
iv searched all the security settings on this phone, but did not find this particular security setting. There is only a normal keypad lock( * & unlock button)and a code-lock while powering on the fone.
any solution/help regarding this plz ???

Dude I want to know how to edit the camera driver.
I tried asking in se-nse, but the post was deleted or moved as it seems.
Also in cedar's white papers, it says vga recording at 24fps, but our phone is qvga at 15fps, so did sony downgraded the cam driver so that its zylo,elm market doesnt get affected.
If it is can't it be restored into vga at 24fps.
And how to add transparent images in softkeys, like the walkman symbol, where the image should be transparent or it becomes ugly. I know to make that using photoshop into one of its own formats, but only png is supported by softkey hook creator..
Sorry to ask all these together, but I hope you will reply with answers considering that you spend a lot of time in se-nse and other such sites.
By the way, thankyou for bringing all the modding stuff into gsmarena, if not for you and kchat, I wouldnt have heard of it any soon which in-turn allowed me to help others like yb,das in this forum.
