I have a cedar. It's a good phone but for the sound quality. Can someone please post a link to download over-the-air acoustics and the latest firmware to improve performance. Thanks

I didnt thought you would do something stupid like that.
Just changing acoustic can deliver a 68db which is louder than average.
Dont ruin your phone.

Manishs, 07 Aug 2011If I buy Cedar now, does it will come with updated software... moreyes you can update if it is old phone also through sony pc companion or in the phone directly if you have 3g data in your phone netork or you can use the net from computer to phone trough data cable this phone is having in built modem we can share net from computer to phone. very good and economy phone in 3g

I had removd d black tape which is covered d speaker.
Really loud Cedar.
But i repaste that tape back.
Yu peopls just try this. Repasting is simple.
But dont leave it as open. That tape is for filtering d dust particles. If yu leave tat open., then yurs speaker wil surely get damaged.

sold my original handset which i had for 6 weeks, as i couldn't find a suitable video converter for my video's [found one now] and bought another one, brand new boxed, even cheaper
there market there is no other phone in it's prices range with the features and capaibiltes it has, all have been doncumented in the opnion section.
I would advise people to pick one up quick because the prices are rising especially here in the uk.
I watched 4 hours of video's and 30 minutes internet battery life left 51%

yes friends I have another questions- is CEDAR's music quality is better then SE W595 on headphone (after software update)? whats about it's bluetooth headphone's sound clarity ? how long I can play video at a time(when it fully charged) ? Thanks again to all :)

I am facing a problem.my Cedar ear speaker produces little cracking sound when i use ear speaker for call. dnt knw whether it is hardware or software problem.i dont drop my phone ever. i use sri acoustic. sory for my bad English.

Guys ,
The speaker at the back is actually loud! You just have to open the back cover , you will see a small black tape covering the speaker opening. Remove it and it will give you the loud volume you want when playing music on loudspeaker!!
