I love SE handsets but the thing that I fear ... moreJoystick was a problem indeed with SE phones, not just for W200 but for K750, K510 etc. SE has stopped fitting joystick but they are keeping the fastport sys connector for there must be something to create trouble.
.
Keypad of elm is good, it has no joystick, the D-pad is firm and nice, the middle button is wide enough and rigid, overall the keypad is ergonomically good too. My only personal dislike about the keypad is that it doesn't feel so good when my nails rub with the greenheart material of the numeric keys. Well, I can manage it, just cut off my nails clean- lol.
So you need not bother about the keypad.

Hi techno...
I love SE handsets but the thing that I fear the most is it's Navigation keypad,.
I have USED SE W200I,.,.after 1 year it's joystick stopped working & the phone became useless,.,.
Please Help if ELM has the same problem or not?
Please reply me on urgent basis ,.,.

Wow! Elm is so cool I have bought a second hand cedar j108i, and I feel just waste my money. J108i doesn't have led flash. And only 2mp. Huhuhu. Could any one donate a second of this for me here in the philippines? Pls email me at ronel_taraki@yahoo.com

which is better elm or nokia E52? Elm is 5MP but n0 z0om? Im planning to buy new phone i hope you can help me choose whats the best. Does Elm only support java?

What happens when Wisepilot licence is out? Is Google maps equally economical? I've read in review that 1MB of downloaded data gives 600 km of navigation. Is this so small amount of data applied only to Wisepilot?

I think after comparing this with the Nokia C5, I'm going to buy the C5 instead, the over all performance on the C5 is better, the design is so much better and just feels better in the hand. Any opinions?

camera 5mp is good enough,but no zoom...
mp3 is not bad,but this is not walkman phone,so dont expect much with the music...
try hpm 70 for headset
battery quality its enough for 3-4day( depends on activity)
but if u online n play game alot,it can empty less than 1 day lol

Hi techno, you seem very 'understand' the way thi... moreIs it really possible? I doubt. Because GPS locates your geographical position only. Rest of the things- maps, trafic info, guidelines etc need some data to be transfered somehow. I use googlemaps and when data connection is broken, I can see only the location blinking amid the screen without the map.
Perhaps there is a solution for your need...
