Hi.
I got the software upgrade done today for my new F305 at Cunningham road, Bangalore near sigma mall. The sound quality has improved a lot! On loudspeaker as well as headphones. If you can invest in better quality Sony ericsson headphones then I guess this should be a decent enough music device. Not tested this myself yet, but will be doing that within this month. Will post my observations then.
Installed all dictionaries in my phone: oxford mini concise, business dictionary, medical dictionary and idioms dictionary. Also installed PDF viewer. Fully functional after that. Couldn't install the full version of oxford concise dictionary though. The phone gave error message " File too big to be installed". The file size was about 5MB.
I bought this phone for 6.5k and i guess for this price it's the cheapest device with all the features. That's why i bought it. Camera is not the best among the 2 mega pixel camera phones available. But it's definitely a decent enough gaming phone as well as music phone. Cameraphillic folks should look at sony c510 because no other phone in this price bracket has good camera quality in any of the brands. You gotta spend around 10k to get a decent camera phone!!!

Saving more than 1 number on f305 not possible?
Ans: It is!!! You are saving numbers in sim memory. Save it on phone memory. You can save 4 or 5 numbers.

good one for gaming. but worst for phone usage.. i put a alarm by 8 o clock it rings 8 am and 8 pm.
not possible to save more numbers for a contact.. even a low cost mobile has tat.
unable to configure opera mini.. unable to browse using opera mini.. pls help me how to configure it. i downloaded using my gprs. its saying java settings are not proper
phone is getting hanged if the network is weak.
but i ever felt any problems while playing.. really games are cool and good.
what would be the cost of the usb cable.
no zooming available for camera to take photos. zooming is available only for taking videos.. which isnot good rite..
but overall i like this phone because of the gaming features...

Super phone music super,and camera is small problem
not in pc u take the photo and see in pc is very super

worst ph i hv ever seen in my life. spending 7,000 on dis is a wastage of money. dnt buy this ph at any cost coz u cn get a new ph in the same range.

Good for gaming. especially motion games.. but worst in network and hanging frequently while talking..

pls pls this is my humble request to u guys never buy any sony ericsson phone specially F305.its really need a lot of talent to made such a pathetic mobile.
after sales service are even more wrost than u can ever imagine

HI,
All those, who are facing problems with the sound of the phone, or feel tht the sound output is low: Sony has got out with some firmware update. That should improve things a bit!!!

its really a nice mobile but it doesnt have many features.......so friends dont buy this stupid mobile.........better u can opt some other to purchase...........it doesnt hav many many many features.....i got vexed after using this phone..........plzzzzzzzzzz dont buy this..camera doesnt have the clarity.......
