I think the weakness only on battery so low..

I've been using this phone for over 3 weeks now. The phone's design is superb. The grip is okay and the look (I got the sandy brown colour) is stylish. At first use, the phone is a bit slow. Just follow the user manual regarding the software upgrade before you use it. After the software upgrade, the systems and navigation went okay and performed faster. I can say that this phone rocks, it could have been better than any smartphones I've used because it got no WiFi (I don't need it anyway because I prefer browsing on my netbook.)
Pros:
Good touchscreen - works perfect for me
Elegant design and nice grip
Lightweight
Takes nice 3MP photos
Music Player is awesome!
Cons:
Not Wifi enabled
Stylus is too small
Battery life on stand by is good only for 2 days depending on use

i'm using this phone for 6 months and i don't have any problem with this phone. i love the design n the touch screen work good. this is a good phone. buy it...!!

In case you are planning of even thinking of buying this set, just get it out of your mind. This is a damn slow phone, very very often gets hanged. I am facing a lot of problem with the touch pad, have been to the service center thrice for the same problem of touchpad.
A big NO NO to this phone.

Yes, my g700 has updated to the latest firmware.. Yes ur right k800i is better to camera coz its a cybershot right..? For me the speaker is n0t good unlike to walkman series.. Yes it is loud but the sound quality is n0t that good.. So i prefer to use walkman headset..ü

synonymous, 12 Aug 2009How can u tell that this phone is slow? I think it is natur... moreThe G700 is updated,the latest firmware is faster (although not really fast but faster than the former firmwares) much less bugs,a new theme.. and that's about it.....
But K800i is still good,considering the camera.
G700's camera is a-ok (about average) and sound quality is good.
Change my headphones to mega bass walkman in ear headphones it's great.

How can u tell that this phone is slow? I think it is natural that a phone is taking time to load.. Of course if you have a large memory and it have plenty of stuffs on it, it will took a long time to load.. Em i ryt? So it depends on how many stuffs you have in g700.. I own a g700 and i will tell you that i really love this phone.. Jst because it is simple yet have many functions!

wat is u mean by slow performance..(is it msging..or any thing else....)
i prefered about sound ,my current mobile is k800i and its sound is very low...
i think g700 is
light weight
camera good
sound more better than k800i
