g705 isn't a walkman phone...only walkman phone can... moreI agree with you about the fact that the G705 primary feature isn't the media player, but come on, there are a lot of phones around, much older than the G705, like the Samsung D900 or the Nokia E66 that aren't walkman phones but have this simple feature of moving tracks within the playlist. I am not saying this is not a good phone because of the lack of this simple feature, actually I love it and I would buy it again, but I would like to have this feature of moving tracks around in the playlist into the next update of the software. It's just the way the software is made, it wouldn't require any hardware change.
Another thing that is kind of annoying is the fact that I can't zoom with the camera if it is set on 3M pixel. That's weird.

Ive used it 1month ago ... very nice phone... and i put 4gb mmc....@_@ amazing... no regrets for this phone... i love it.......... for the internet very instant acces because of its GPS....

Hello all
I am really thinking to buy this phone, i want to ask little questions
1) what about the slide, has any one faced problem wit the slide or faced a blank screen(white screen of death)
2) what about the keys, are they ok or make a crack sound on the back cover
3) what about the battery, if just using it as a phone will it stay for 4-5 days or not
4)does it hang or lag

i just want to ask h... morewe have the same problem... i've been calling globe since i bought this unit however until now i cannot use internet browser in this mobile.. the format they gave is not working i already tried it.. try to call them again and request a gprs setting. i think they dont have compatible setting for g705, what they will send is the nearest setting g700 i think so they cnt guarantee if it would work.. do you have globe line? or prepaid?

i just want to ask how to setup the mms/gprs for this phone using globe?
from what globe is replying back, the format is like this:
GO ERICSSON G705,,1234 and send to 2951
but it's not working...
it is possible that globe telecoms still has no support for g705? even in the myglobe website (using a PC), there are no downloads available for g705.
can someone help me...please
