personally, i don't like the design of it. i wish they release something as thin as g900 with all the features G705 have plus being a smartphone. i'm not crazy about the quality but the camera should have atleast an autofocus, it's very useful for taking pics of business cards or any texts. wishful thinking.. %)

Hey guys, if you want to stuff your trousers with a fat feature phone, then buy Nokia. But I like my phones stuffed with features and small in the trousers... this one I will check out in shop for sure.

Can you really see the difference??? c'mon humans can only differentiate 12K colors.. what's the use of 16M colors then? even 256K color is more than good enough..

Nice Gadget..SE always give different experience on their product. yes it's lack autofokus, but...i don't need camera function, it's a super b business phone...great design, excellent features. one think so sure that SE product is totally satisfied.....good job SE!

OMG it looks great to me. Kinda like n95 but it looks prettier =p Oh well, how great if it is a touchscreen phone.

People should not judge something that they even have tested or used it yet, So the the ones giving lame opinions u might stick with it, it's not that u hate SE or that u really like the other companies whatsoever, the fact is u don't decide what others like or wants. U don't like FINE, but don't judge something u haven't used yet!

beautiful...i have the k800, k810, z610, w810, etc...but now i'm using the w350i...considered the w910...but no flash, no wi-fi...don't need the 8mp of the c905, not to meantion the weight of it...the g705 is beautiful...too bad about the autofocus and tv out...but...can't have it all...this is the next SE for me...hope it's not outragously priced and is not symbian...

I think SE is now the follower of Nokia Phone. Since the function of G705 (Not only G705, but also others) is almost same as Nokia N Series. WiFi, GPS, etc..
Maybe SE is the "slave" for Nokia...

Good Handset, positive moves to increase screen size, inclusion of A-GPS and Wi-Fi, but would have been even better to enable UMA for all G705 retail handsets instead of giving it exclusively with Orange...
And, seems Nokia has only one handset N95 to compare every time with most great SE handsets... Does 16m color screens of Nokia look better than 262k color screens of SE? Did u ever checked?
I strongly believe N95 is popular only over internet blogs/forums to compare with other handsets... did u see it much around you? Did people prefer and love it like u believe.
And guys now for SE, W series is for walkman, C series is for Camera and this one is not C series handset to bring an AutoFocus capability.

Great fone... but i will definitely happy if SE shall release a clamshell C-series fone in the form of TM506 or W980-like.

The only lowdown of this is the camera, but if you have WiFi DLNA, HSDPA, GPS and a very nice A200 UI packed then who cares for this lack? anyway C905 was made to compensate for the people who want a great camera while maintaining G705 features :)
Also, it's nice that SE is integrating alot of japanese DNAs for the overall looks of their phones.
BTW: G705 codename is Kumiko, a Japanese name just like C905's Shiho. also Japanese codenames indicate that the phones were mainly produced from SE Japan.
