Mate i just updated my N81 to V20 and im busy using the built-in Web browser with FL3.0. This takes mobile web browsing to a new level. Im even able to do the 3D 360-degree view here on GSMArena on my N81, view lots of other great flash content and have an amazing web browsing experience, doing things that SE SMARTPHONE users ONLY WISH their 3yearold hardware powered phones could do. All this has over it is the Touchscreen and camera, otherwise even the N81 is better than the G900.

AJ, 07 Aug 2008Im thinking about upgrading from a W810i to a G900. If anyo... morei juz switched from W800i to G900 a week ago. i did a software update myself & so far i've not encountered any of the bugs mentioned by others. a great phone, very user-friendly. but u may need some time to get used to its functions coz it operates rather different from 800/810.
overall i'm very satisfied with the change.

Hi YgBH.. :)
My critics weren't about making SE G900 look like a bad phone!!!
I don't want to fall back far from technologies, that's why I update and upgrade things..
Phones are built for making and receiving calls, anything else is just virtuosity!!!
I do expect from a new model to be better than the previous one referring to the availability, assuming, that the provider had its job done: I want five bars in certain areas instead of having 2-3!!!
Besides that, a scientiest told a reporter once, that if every inventor and scientist stopped working at the same time, with the technologies they already have, we'd be just fine for the next 100 years!
I'd like to have crumbs from time to time...

Max, 11 Aug 2008Hi Everyone! Well, I'm that kinda person, who replaces h... moreI partialy agree with you,but only on the good points. My last phone was also K800i. Of course there is a difference of the phone responce, it's a symbian smartphone and if you ever used them you would understand the reason. When changing themes you have to be patient, it takes some time. I also thought it has hanged doing it for the first time. The interface is loaded with grafics that's making it slower than nokia symbian, but not that slow to complain in public about it. Judging by the size of the display, it's brightness, phone functionality, the battery life is adequate. Don't expect a week without recharging, that is not a nokia 3210! I admit that camera sucks, but if I needed a cameraphone i would buy C902 or K850. I like the onscreen keybord, typing with stylus on it is realy fast for me. I have an issue with alarm clock, it doesn't start when the phone is off,so I have to keep the handset on for a night so it will wake me up in the morning. Any help?

Max, 11 Aug 2008Hi Everyone!
Well, I'm that kinda person, who replaces h... morelike you Iam also very disappointed with this phone.
SLOW, slow and slow!
I got the freezing, and signal stength problem also! I have tried two G900 and both of them ware very disappointing.
I think the camera resolution and color quality are really lousy. It seems the lens is a cheap quality and can not match the 5mp resolution, or the image procedsing can be another source of the problem.
Most people do not complain since few people ever seen a really good 3mp image.

Hi Everyone!
Well, I'm that kinda person, who replaces his phone every 8-10 month. I already had many different models and brands, but after SE K800i this device a bit disappoints me.
First off, it boots up very slowly. The internal antenna isn't as good as the mentioned SE model's above- with the K800i I was almost able to make and receive calls anyywhere, even in the subway stations and on the train in New York City. The battery life DOES NOT apply to 12H description at all!!! Depends on the signal strength, the talk time last up to 5 hours only. The menu system is very easy, but accessing the applications by tapping the display with your finger or the tap pin however way slower than using the navigation keys for that. When you're typing an internet address using the display keyboard, I'm telling you, I got really mad, because the letters are so small, that you truly go nuts typing anything by using the tap pin.
The WLAN internet connection is awesome!!! Within 3-5 sec you will find the nearest unsecured network and get connected to it in 5 sec at the latest. It never dropped or lost connections and it is a joy surfing the net, watching anything from youtube or google.
The speaker is very good(no distortions). Camera all right, so is the video.
So far, my device froze down twice: once I tried to apply a new theme, the second time when I tried to open the media application.
Well, you decide, if you want to buy it. It's a nice phone, but still a couple of things need to be improved!
If you follow the fashion and you want a touchscreen phone, iPhone or HTC diamond..

i had this phone for copl of months. u ppl say it lags , well i know y, just turn off the "Transitions" option in the settings, it wont lag any more :). the firmware with SE is always stable (G900 also). i never had any trouble with SE. my whole life i switch phones twice a month somtimes, i concluded that the best firmware are SE , hated samsung, nokia was ok bad nothing compared to SE, maybe becoz nokia is stuffed with apps. If u looking for best pics, get the c series phones or get nokia N series.
