i dont know y u gus are sayin it's slow, but if u turn of the "Transitions" off in the settings menu the device should not lag or be considered as slow..this is a gr8 1!!

Am returning this phone to the shop. response time processor is very slow (try to write sms and insert contact, wait...wait...wait....), have had 3 crashes (KERN-EXEC nr3?) this week. Too bad, but this smart phone is not a reliable choice for business purpose.

Hey guys, I just got my G900 last week. I was a little apprehensive considering the terrible reviews/comments posted here. However, after a week with my G900, I can honestly say that I am pretty satisfied with it. Yes, it does hang a bit and it is a bit slow but I find it tolerable. For those people who are planning to get this phone, unless you're really particular with cellphones, this should more or less satisfy you. I know it does me!

good riddance to a bad phone! if you read through this opinions page ud be surprised to see how much i defended it... wat a waste of time! Sony Ericsson was just laughing in my face with a slow useless phone.
My opinion: don't buy it (and I'm no nokia fanboy)
I wouldn't be surprised if Gsm arena were paid not to review this phone its so buggy!
If you really want it, check it out in the shops (VERY WELL) and ake ur verdict, but you have been warned...i hated mine (And to think i was waiting for it for so long...sigh)

Is the wifi internet browser flash supported...i.e. can u watch videos on youtube.com or play games on miniclip.com

Im thinking about upgrading from a W810i to a G900. If anyone has done this, can they please let me know about their experiences w.r.t. speed, camera quality, ergonomics, normal phone functions and media player.

Bad design and worst software....hang, slow respone, low quality of photo, no flash light, low batt life, low color resolution (can't compare with Nokia!)...conclusion - worst phone ever hv...Nokia the best in WORLD!

worst phone ever, me and two of my friends bought it in the same day, and each of us has his own problem with the phone,
1-sometimes doesn't ring wen i get an sms
2-sometimes wen somebody calls me it doesn't ring either
3-problem with opening the gallery, it restarts by itself.
so who need such a stupid phone like this!!

Low-Tech Guy, 06 Aug 2008is this phone can use microsoft excel or similiar program? ... moreyes it has quick office with excel and powerpoint and word. and you can read and edit your file. or write a new file.

I have been using it for a month and has the latest firmware. Just superb. No problem and the ph never hang or auto off even once. Photo quality set at 5 mp is good.

it is stable. I have the latest firmware and have had no problems at all. Not even crashed once.

i really like this phone, but i heard it isnt stable yet? so i'm waiting for like a month later to buy it..
