i got G900, and I have the screan backlight lighting on all time curing calles, and this produce heating on my face. please advice is this normal??

sorry for reposting...
i had G700 till now & had quite some problems & hence i am changing my cell.
Can someone pls tell me if the following problem(which i faced with G700) is in G900:
-->After reading a message when u press the back button, the previous screen(which has a list of all the messages in the inbox) is displayed twice, ie, it refreshes in a visible manner or if it blinks? This problem exists with P1i also.
And does the phone freeze up?

i have read some bad reviews about g900 but i am really interested in it because of its features. I also have short listed the following cells:
1. G900
2. W902
3. k850i
Can someone please suggest which one i should go for?

G900 touch screens is bad. it is not accurate. when you are pointing at a box, u must point the stylus outside the box, not inside. it is very difficult to manage. the 5mp lense is bad also. thank you

Try to send songs to the pc with the bluetooth, enabling your phone as authorised device on the pc before hand. When the device is authorised, there is no message asking the permition to receive from it. It does receive all the files one by one automaticaly. Just mark the items you want and send them.

Too many problems.
Production was stopped.
There are much better phones on the market in the same price range or little more or less.
If you must have an SE (just to show -I am not totally against SE phones :)
get the W902 - a recent phone.
It is much much better and reliable - it is overpriced but it works.
Or wait until Jan. or Feb. many phone prices will drop significantly - SE, HTC, Nokia (5800) etc.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970hello there. i bought w960 about 7 months ago. it was quite impresive on the walkman functions' however several cons were dscovered like saving a beamed object is limited to 1 item (my suggestion). if not it will take several minutes for the phon to finish the task compared it to saving items 1 by 1. another is u cant send thru blutooth several songs at a time which is a bit annoying. all other features are normal.

Hey can someone tell me if the G900 is really that slow (3-5 sec. just to open a recieved SMS??)
And is it worth buying??

Was the yahoo go the java application with the extension "jar" or symbian with "sis". Jar applications should install fine. Sis depends on the symbian version it is designed for. If it's not for G900 you want be able to install it. In case you get the message "certificate expired" set the date for 6 mothes back, install the program and change the date back. The downloaded aplication/file can be compressed with zip or rar. In this case to open it you should install zip or rar packer on your phone. Give me more details to help you better.

hey
i had this phone for 6 months , and i liked some of thing like its sound and the wifi and the on screen keybourd , and the ringtones settings and alot but i used k800 and the p1 but the p1i wasnt mine , but if you asked me they both was better , and the k800 was the best because the cameras is good and i had it for more than 2 years and its only froze ones and after 3min it was allright didnt even took the battery out , but the g900 was slower and it froze alot on me and i had to take the battery out every time which is alot ,
