why the battery empty very quickly?it lasts only about one day?

Hi, does any one knows any where to download games? I actually have no games on my phone, except a mahjong.
Any way, is there good 3D games for this phone? usually the are made for P1... Thanks in advance.

vince, 28 Nov 2008how do you access youtube??? plz hlp,,thanks!!Usually, when you enter the youtube for the 1st time the browser switch you to the mobile version of the website, unless you choose the desktop version. Go to m.youtube.com and check it.

but my updating process is always 100% successful...
it does take a few minutes longer to load when it is around 90% as compared to the earlier percentages...
maybe u should wait a bit longer when updating?

However, I notice that my battery drains faster than my old phone (K800) did. It's just good for less than a day on standby mode.
I have two other issues to post:
1) The SE Update always hang at 89-99%, never completing the update.
2) I tried browsing using the wifi application. It worked pretty fast. However, i have been unable to view a file from the youtube.
Any comments???

actually I have another problem...
when I was trying to install other languages to my G900 from the official SE website, the pack didn't have the same organizer code as my G900..
I sent them an e-mail, and they said that they have no solution/explanation to it...
or something like that...
can anyone help?

but I never turn off my phone anyway, so it's not a big prob, for me...
never really use any more than typing on my word file, so I can not say anything but one, u can try to upgrade ur quickoffice, maybe it'll help...

Why is the alarm clock of G900 does not alarm when the phone is turned off? Other Phones usually alarm even the phone is off.

It is really interesting. I thought it wouldnt do such a thing because it is a smartphone. However, no one else ever complaint about this problem.. :O
I have got in touch with the SE team while waiting for this reply. See what they can do about it. im pretty sure they can do better as I believe the algorithm can work better.

I have G700 and it looks very similar to G900, therefore I understand your problem and try to answer your question.
At non-UIQ SE, 'delay time' after one single key is pressed is short. UIQ SEs behaves in opposite way, i.e. their 'delay time' is relatively too long.
Giving one example, if you try to type 'ALL', there should be enough time delay between the first and the second L. Or if you can't wait too much, press RIGHT to go to next letter.
However, UIQ SE does not behave that way. If you press RIGHT, the pointer goes to the BEGINNING of the text. What a pity for such great phone. If you WAIT, as i mentioned before, you should wait longer before the pointer is 'ready' for the next letter.
The problem is not encountered in QWERTY UIQ SE, because if you press 'A' twice, for example, you get 'AA'. This can really save time.
Though, i love my G700 very much. The drawbacks are really nothing compared with its beauty :)

Hey there. Have you ever used the G900's quickoffice? I find it nonsense. I would prefer Samsung's Picsel Viewer. Because I had a word file and saved it from both of my phones which is samsung D600 and SE G900; the content of the file is a flow chart shape with different colors and texts inside it. In samsung I can view the shapes with colors but no text, but in SE G900, I totally did not see anything, as in blank. I wonder why.
Also, I tried to send my resume via bluetooth in my G900, I can only view the texts but I cannot see my picture. Is the quickoffice of G900 an old version or what?
BOpZ and Dave, even the rest of the people here who use this POST YOUR OPINION section, do not hesitate to reply me.

Hi there,
I'm just wondering if any of you user of G900 having a bad experience while writing for a text message very quickly.
Because in mine it does. the very last character of the word often changed to something else and i ended up with totally a word that doesnt make sense. eg. if i want to type "and dance" it will become "andeance". and sometimes I have a "#" as well.
is this a bug? or is it just my phone? ive updated the software to the latest available.

wow, E51 and W760, the 2 phones that I was considering before I finally decided on G900...
I wanted G900 before I even considered those 2, but there was just 2 many problems with G900 the 1st time it came out, too god damn many...
my friend suggested E51 (his was an E51), tried it a bit, wasn't a bad phone, but it was nokia, I only want an SE phone...
so I can't say much detail bout the phone...
I have only tried a W760 at SONY STYLE, and it was a really an awesome set, but the idea of an appropriately working G900 haunted me all the time, preventing me from purchasing the W760...
so I waited and think (4 a few weeks), and tried my luck and check out the G900 that was in the SONY STYLE, and it didn't have the previous bugs and errors, amazing, they fixed it...!
now I'm not regretting it and actually loving it!
just feel like sharing...
LionGreen, 4 all of the multimedia goods and browsing combined, SE usually provide the more pricy ones, like C905...
but I think G900 is a good option 4 the 2 combined, as it was my initial criteria as well...
compared with the W760, I prefer the wi-fi of G900 as compared 2 the HSDPA of W760...
u should really think about it and know what 'YOU' really want, or need...

about the lagging prob, it doesn't really lag...
it's just a bit slow 4 the !-1st-! time u open an application...
but after that, when u re-open it, it will be very fast, cause when u close the app, u can see at the task manager that the app isn't closed, but minimized...
u can close it from the task manager, but if u want speed, simply don't...
