Hello all! Just bought my phone this evening after extensive research on gsmarena and the net,in general.
I must say,been blown away by this one! super screen,good camera(needs a lil bit of getting used to) sound is very good,not the best ive heard,but still good enough to keep the company rocking!

for instance if you are using vodafone connection,then to view streaming videos you are suppose to activate vodafone connect.activating vodafone live is not enough.for viewing streaming videos you need a higher data transfer which is available in the following access points based on your network, if airtel then you should activate "mobile connect" and if vodafone "vodafone connect" bsnl "bsnl stream".request your operator to activate the service.tell him that "i want to connect my mobile to pc for browsing" he will guide or else if u understood the process then ask directly to activate "vodafone connect"if ur network is vodafone.he will send u few settings, save them and enjoy and see that u save these access points as default access points.

Hi! I am a new user of Sony Hazel. I am satisfied the features of the phone But slightly confussed about some featues to :--
* I'm not able to see youtube videos on my handset
As the apps for youtube is there but it only shows the list of videos. it doesn't play it online
* Cn't Able to Read pdf files on phone
* Its Asks for a account whenever i tries to enter into Setting->Syncronisation

ash, 21 Oct 2010in my phone hazel i find a problem in it.you tube is not op... morei faced it too bt later i came to know that this is bcs of network operator.some allow and som dont .ex aircel allows and idea doesnt.wnt to knw mre my email id is msljnt5@gmail.com

the software "mobilepdf" doesnt open pdf files larger than 100kb.
any other document reader available for this phone?

One more thing guys...
Turn off the anti- virus scan.
It slows down hazel when turned on.
