Guys whoever is facing problems like slow response try out new software update. It is available for hazel & solved hanging problem of my hazel.
NEVER update ur phone via in built service. It's always faulty and creates many new problems rather than solving them.
Update ur phone via pc update.

hii frds! I am using this phone for last 35days and i have loaded 200songs with the 2gb memory card supplied with phone and have used for more than 260hrs surfing. And have found out- MERITS:VERY GOOD CAMERA,EXCELLENT AUDIO QUALITY THROUGH HEADPHONES,CLEAR DISPLAY,SOFT KEYPAD,EASY UI,GOOD CLEAR SECONDARY CAMERA. DEMERITS:IT SHOULD BE AN XENON FLASH RATHER THAN A LED FLASH. But i read that some users have complan about hanging,poor camera in low light and poor quality headphones. Image quality is good always,its the pblm of the led flash which does nt provide the amount of light required in low light condition.2nd thing the phone does nt hang,rather it becomes slow sometimes because of the fact that the antivirus of the phone is always active which keeps on scaning the phone for virus. But if u will compare this phone with any other symbian phone then u can find the speed difference. Lastly the headphones supplied with the handset is good,i have compaired mh300 and the headphones supplied with nokia n70 music edition using a 3.5mm jack,i found out that mh300 supplied with hazel is lot better then the ones supplied with nokia n70 music edition. SO FRDS TRY TO FIND OUT THE POINTS UR SELF THAT I HAVE STATED,SO THAT U WE WILL NEVER FIND ANY NEGATIVES OF THIS PHONE.ANOTHER THING I WANT TO STATE THAT U CANT FIND ANY OTHER PHONE HAVING ALL THE FEATURES OF HAZEL IN THIS PRICE. HAZEL IS THE BEST!

This handset is indeed has low sound, but it actually has a great sound, too bad it is supplied with poor headset.
You can use opera mini to browse youtube using wi-fi conn.
What do you mean it can not install other software applications, did you try to install symbian software into this phone??

Hazel,worst phone of sony erricsson...network problem,volume is not so high as compare to other sony phones like walkman series...it hangs ..do not respond fast..tried to reset the phone still the same problem,

angel!, 10 Oct 2010im planing 2 buy hazel or elm...but i heard hazel is not go... moreangel! @ its ol cheap sayings abt d hazel.....m a hazel user.....n its seriously d best 5mp cam 2 land on d surface.........neva mind d low light prblms....coz one cant afford 2 waste batteries over a xenon flash wen u r on an outing......

The camera is good in daylight. But the flash is really bad. Is there any setting to improve the Flash performance

I am very much upset wit handsfree or headset provided with the handset. sound quality is very bad.Apart from this you can go with some other brand in this price range.

i got my hazel last june. it's camera is very good. the flash should be xenon. other than that i'm very satisfied with it.
